Starbucks in Cockeysville

“This Starbucks is one of the top locations that I have visited over the years. Whenever I travel across the US and abroad, I go to Starbucks for my breakfast. I usually go to this location when the morning rush going on and they are slammed. The crew is patient and efficient. The manager is always on the floor and there to help with questions etc. I have seen him cleaning the customer areas after the rush is over. The entire staff deserves credit for working hard and keeping it as pleasant as possible. If you go there and it is not up to your expectations give them some grace for that moment. No one is perfect.“

“I had then best experience at starbucks, this girl named lorren gave the best service, she was so sweet and polite, i didn’t know how to order a drinks and she was so helpful. the drink was perfect, never tasted one better. she was amazing, she deserves WAY more tips from anyone.“
