Starbucks in Owings Mills

“The staff at this starbucks is always friendly and keep the location very clean! It's also nice they work on community initiatives. The only thing that I wish this location would fix is my ability to tip through the starbucks app, since they deserve it!“

“Perfect!!!! I order the same thing at every Starbucks Large Mocca Frappuccino With caramel sauce ALL OVER. (On the the cup in the mix and on top of the whipped cream (diabetes in a cup:) some employees get it and make it perfect and others argue with me about what I want lol🤷‍♀️ the girl with the green braids at this statbucks (inside the Giant) Makes it perfectly and she is super nice:) fyi: the girl with the red braids at the Starbucks inside Safeway in Owings mills is VERY RUDE do not go to that location!“

“Ana and Princess are truly awesome. Came out for some drinks and a treat with hubby this evening and the customer service they provided was top notch. Ana was extremely patient as we figured out our orders and she was so pleasant with us. Truly appreciated her disposition and kindness! Princess was great as well as she made our drinks and my bakery treat as requested delivering them with a smile. Thank you Ana and Princess for doing an excellent job and making the customer feel welcomed and appreciated, you are the best at your jobs!“

“I was in the Owings Mill area and decided to get my refresher fix. This was the closest Starbucks to where I was on Reisterstown Road. It has plenty of parking thanks to a strip mall it's part of. It has a busy drive-thru. It offers indoor and outdoor seating 💺 (see pictures 📸). Staff were very nice and quick (a shout out to wonderful Sarah). I didn't try any of their food items so, I can't say how they are (this is why I didn't rate their food). They have some merchandise for sale (glasses, coffee ☕ cups 🥤 and coffee ☕). They do offer the service where you can order something through their app and, it'll be ready for you when you arrive. Overall, I was very pleased with this Starbucks. If I'm in Owings Mill again, I'll definitely come here again.“
