“The staff at this starbucks is always friendly and keep the location very clean! It's also nice they work on community initiatives. The only thing that I wish this location would fix is my ability to tip through the starbucks app, since they deserve it!“

“The staffing has most definitely changed. This is the most pleasant experience that I have ever experienced in this location! I stopped coming to this location for Starbucks for nearly a year. After 4 different rude,unfriendly, no smiling experiences, I gave up and took my money to St. Thomas location. I love that location too when I'm in the area. At the Owings Mills location( inside of the Giant), not only was I greeted with a pleasant person but she made sure my drink was amazing! I will start patronizing this location again. “Ana and Princess are truly awesome. Came out for some drinks and a treat with hubby this evening and the customer service they provided was top notch. Ana was extremely patient as we figured out our orders and she was so pleasant with us. Truly appreciated her disposition and kindness!
