“I have a special way I like my lattes. The Barista Makayla did a phenomenal job, paying great attention to detail & excellence in making my drink, that I ended up ordering 3 of them while hanging out working on my laptop, they were so delicious. The best version of my special latte I've had. Nikola, another Coffee Bar Attendant, was especially attentive as I hung out at Starbucks for 2 hrs & ordering different items during that period of time. He is very friendly & clearly intelligent and engaging. I will be coming here again, even tho it is a half-hour drive, as the various Starbucks near me have reigned in their services, including removing access to all wall electrical outlets, causing fewer customers to be around or even come to the stores, making them lonely places to hang out.The atmosphere at this Starbucks on York & Burke is warm, friendly & lively while remaining sufficiently quiet, making it easy to work here.Great atmosphere & service ?“
“They have ‘coffee’. Not consistent at all. Well, except for the consistent burnt flavor. Consistently burnt from the west to the east coasts. Drinks off the menu I understand, but the on menu drinks are in no way consistent from one day to the next“
“Visited this location today, on a Saturday morning. Super busy to say the least. I'm actually still waiting for my order after 20mins and when I tell you I'm not the least bit bothered, I mean just that! There are at least 20 people in here at once (more considering the customers coming in from their cars to grab orders). I have never witnessed any batista/cashier maintain their poise, provide excellent customer service independently to over 20 people so smoothly, respectfully and as promptly as Lacy did. Lacy's customer service was so refreshing! Definitely set a positive tone to my day. I was delighted to remain patient and witness Lacy demonstrate such amazing customer service experiences to reach and every customer in the lobby. Lacy provided customers with a true experience and as someone who's really big on customer service, I genuinely appreciated my encounter today! Great selection of staff Starbucks! Honestly, the level of teamwork behind the scenes surely made it easier for Lacy to remain calm and confident while consistently providing customers with a top notch experience!P.S. I almost never do reviews so taking the time to do so while waiting truly speaks volumes.Oh...I ordered a Vt Caramel Frap, oatmilk, ex cruchies, extra caramel, double shot of blonde expresso and it was made to perfection!!! “I am a Towson student so naturally I frequent this Starbucks. The employees here are all so nice, as long as you aren't being a rude customer. Even then, they aren't rude. I've only ever had one experience where they made my drink wrong (which happens at regular starbucks too) and they fixed it for me. Plus- they do a "customer of the week" raffle, which I haven't seen at regular starbucks.“
“I am really giving the drink itself 5 stars! I have not been at a Starbucks in a minute, but thought I try a medicine ball. I had to wait for the only two clerks to stop conversating before I could order. But once I made my order, everything went into play. I know we are going through pandemic, as I watched another customer's order being prepped, I kind of didn't like the ungloved hand touching the lid (since we are trying to rid straws). But once I got my hand on my drink I wiped the lid, and took a few sips and boy oh boy, my taste buds began to sing! This drink is definitely a must! I am going to need Starbucks to bottle that drink asap!“
“This is a Starbucks Pick-Up location but they do have a register if you want to do a quick order. This is a great spot to quickly pick up your coffee and get straight to work in the adjacent co-working area! Cute and small coffee shop fills your heart with warmth! I highly recommend a chai latte :) The only downside is that there is limited street parking, so I would recommend parking by the post-office.“
