Not enough seats to accommodate especially being so close to a college

However, some service issues exist. A male and female employee have been heard laughing while taking orders, and management needs to speak about professional behavior. The music is blasted loudly, making it impossible to focus on work. A late-middle-aged person felt treated poorly by some young employees, receiving eye-rolling and poor service. Another customer placed a mobile order but was ignored; the drink was never started, causing a 20-minute wait for an ice coffee and a heated Danish. Staff are not always careful about dietary restrictions, like forgetting no whipped cream, which is a health concern.
