Starbucks in Glen Burnie

“Monte is the best! They used to work at the Starbucks in Target & I would go out of my way just to have them make my caramel macchiato. (I asked for their secret & they said they just follow the instructions lol. It seems like anywhere I go it was always different, but Monte always got it right.) One time I even called Target just to see if Monte was working to know if I should get Starbucks today or not.

Not only are their drinks consistent & good, they’re very nice & friendly. I haven’t seen them at Target Starbucks in forever & went to the drive through today at this location & saw Monte’s here now!!! I’ll be coming to this location more often just because Monte’s there now.“

“This Starbucks has indoor and outdoor seating 💺 (see pictures) as well as a drive-thru. They have the usual amount of merchandise for sale - coffee ☕ and cups 🥤(see picture 📸). Parking is ample and, it's close to Maryland-100 which makes it fairly easy to get to. As others have noted, the drive-thru can get busy which the case when I visited. Conversely, the seating 💺 indoors nearly empty when I visited (see picture). They don't have a cooler where you can see what food items they have for sale. Also, I thought their menu board 🤔 was small and didn't list everything they sell drink or food wise. I would guess you'd need to use the Starbucks app for that. Service was courteous but overloaded with all the drive-thru orders. Overall, I thought this is a nice Starbucks which I'll use again when I'm shopping 🛍 🙂 at Grocery Outlet which is close by.“

“At first, I thought it was just a good day. The second time, I thought it was just because it was the same person as last time. Now, the 6th time, I’ve had SEVERAL different people make this drink and it comes out the exact same way every time! I don’t know why but this location makes it the absolute best! And the second best is the other Starbucks in Glen Burnie in the south dale plaza. It’s not a hard drink but idk, some places it just doesn’t come out as great as these two locations. So Kudos to these teams!!!!!“

“I ordered through the app. Went inside the store to pick up my order. I asked for a cup of ice and was told ice was available if I make a purchase. Which is fine but the employee tone was condescending. Another visit there was an employee who greeted me upon entering and asked if I needed help. He was very friendly so that made up for the previous experience. I would recommend this location. Despite my first experience there.“
