“I can’t say enough about John, the manager. I have seen many great managers and you can tell John is striving and desperate to be identified as just that. Though he has a long way to go, I think he will achieve this goal. Only a few things to work on. Making a drink order as requested and opening the store on time are a couple small ones that stand out to me. I enjoy stopping by to see his slow but gradual progress.“

“Absolutely love the Starbucks inside Target! The caramel macchiato was perfectly made — rich, smooth, and just the right balance of sweetness. It’s my go-to treat while shopping.
The staff here are super friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile and making sure your order is just right. Service is quick, even when they’re busy. It’s such a nice little pick-me-up during a Target run!“
“In contrast to the other Starbucks in the area I think this location takes the cake, the service is wonderful, quality is unparalleled, and the atmosphere is amazing! The employees always make me feel welcome, especially Lily, (Super Enthusiastic Character). Highly encourage you take the extra mile just to go here, it’ll be well worth it!“

“I have never had a problem with this location. The food has always been delicious, drink has always been made with skill and always accurate with my orders. I'm a creature of habit and tend to order the same thing for the sake of not having to think about it en route to work. The staff here seems friendly and knowledgeable and I think remembers my name now when they see it. Thankyou for always being spot on. You are appreciated. I tend to think the majority of negative reviews are from the unnecessarily entitled Annapolitans you get to deal with daily. :)

“I don't write a lot of reviews, but I just had to write this one. I have never had someone make my order (which is a super picky complicated order) so perfectly every single time. Taylour not only makes it perfectly every time, but she does it with a smile. This Starbucks will be my regular Starbucks for the foreseeable future. The staff at this location as a whole is great too. Thanks to you all for starting my day off happy!“

“I've visited this location before, and unfortunately, I've never really felt like a valued customer until now. This place has potential, but it's really Arly who makes it worthwhile. Her service was outstanding! The rest of the employees, however, seem to lack the same level of dedication and attentiveness. Hopefully, management will take note and work on improving the overall service quality to match Arly's exceptional standards.“
“Really nice and pleasant place. Annapolis is anyway filled with cozy, warm stores to eat and have ice cream or cake or fine, and Starbucks is up to that standard. Nice place. And open till 8.30 pm night.
Vegetarian options: Usually I take the mozzarella tomato panini and the new breakfast sandwich is also great, the Egg Pesto Mozzarella.“
