Good old reliable Starbucks. Not the best but certainly not the worst. This location has a drive thru and easy parking. Inside there's plenty of seating. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered my drink via the app and it was ready when I came by. I did come by later when they were busy so I can't say how well they do during busy prime hours. Bathrooms were also clean which is always appreciated. My preferred Starbucks in canton now.
I was so excited when this location opened and things were ok for a few weeks then it went downhill. This location is pretty bad. It's very convenient but you will wait at least 20 mins for a drink (drive through, in store or mobile) and their mobile inventory is never correct. Multiple times I've ordered their protein boxes and they don't have them - it's a little ridiculous at this point. I only go to the Bayview location now. I come to this location a lot because I work 30 seconds away and it is my favorite to come to. Once in a blue moon I’ll get a coffee that is sub par, (it happens everywhere, people are human) but it’s not often and I chalk it up to the fact that it may just be a new employee.
