Not good. They make the coffee so bad. I get it from any other Starbucks it’s done right. They need to train everyone the same. I got a coffee here and threw it away and went straight to another one.

I come to this location a lot because I work 30 seconds away and it is my favorite to come to. Once in a blue moon I’ll get a coffee that is sub par, (it happens everywhere, people are human) but it’s not often and I chalk it up to the fact that it may just be a new employee. Overall, I say Brewers Hill is consistent and the staff is always welcoming and friendly! I’m not sure if Bree is the mgr (long pony tail with reddish hair I think… forgive me if I’m wrong!), but she is always fantastic to interact with! There are others I don’t know by name, but I appreciate all of the good customer service. Thank you all for making my mornings more enjoyable ! Kudos to this location

Good old reliable Starbucks. Not the best but certainly not the worst. This location has a drive thru and easy parking. Inside there's plenty of seating. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered my drink via the app and it was ready when I came by. I did come by later when they were busy so I can't say how well they do during busy prime hours. Bathrooms were also clean which is always appreciated. My preferred Starbucks in canton now.

I was so excited when this location opened and things were ok for a few weeks then it went downhill. This location is pretty bad. It's very convenient but you will wait at least 20 mins for a drink (drive through, in store or mobile) and their mobile inventory is never correct. Multiple times I've ordered their protein boxes and they don't have them - it's a little ridiculous at this point. I only go to the Bayview location now. You guys need to seriously tighten up, it's not the typical Starbucks experience.
Drive through service was SLOWW, but I feel it was indecisive uncertainty unfamiliarity in ordering by customers. Unfortunately, it’s always best to order on the app and use pickup inside. (Get it together, customers!)

You will wait at least 30 minutes for your drink no matter the time of day. They're often out of stuff. Every time I order light ice there is ice to the brim. They need work out their flow because Starbucks has been around forever there is no reason it should be this slow.

I usually don’t have issues with this location but this evening I got a cold brew that was warm I added in pumpkin and gingerbread they had me waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 min until I honked the horn for someone to come to the window the girl said she had to take orders and I said the person at your window should be priority smh
