Very nice! I could tell they had been super busy but Jaysen was very happy to have us, served us kindly and with a smile! Thank you all for making our Sunday better!!

I visited Baskin Robbins today with the simple intention of enjoying some ice cream, but unfortunately, my experience fell short due to poor customer service. When I inquired about getting my ice cream in a cup, the employee’s response lacked friendliness and professionalism. Her tone and demeanor made me feel as though my request was inconvenient, and the interaction was anything but welcoming.
