Ordered on Uber Eats. They were outta the flavors I ordered and both the lovely young lady from the store and the Uber Eats driver called me to confirm any changes. She was an angel on the phone and I was like giiirl, I like chocolate and caramel; make me something. And she did. And now I love her. And I appreciate her and all of you. Xo

Terrible customer service. I don't usually complain, but this was just terrible. I don't like feeling ignored completely when I'm just trying to get some ice cream.

Worst experience ever!! Takes forever to get ice cream, plus I don't understand how if we are all in a line how do I get skipped? Don't then when i mention it it's like oh well. Oh well is right I will take my money else where

Been waiting more than 5 minutes. No one at register. Two employees are making coffees. 7:51pm waiting for two quarts of ice cream to go. Total time with one person ahead of us more than 15 minutes.
Only get one star because it exists. On google it says close at 11pm but it really close at 10pm. Lesson learned. I come in at 9:40pm another day and I can't get ice cream because “the binders are soaking the basking robins side is closedâ€. I asked “well can I get a scoopâ€. “No the scoopers are soaking alsoâ€. 🤔. I know that was late but it wasn't closed yet lol. So If I want icream I have to come before 9:30pm?

Put a sign outside that has BR or Baskin Robbins or something. It only says Dunkin Donuts.

I love cappuccino blast & other drinks but I've noticed that most of the employees there can't make the drinks. These drinks are 5 dollars plus & maybe 2 times out of 10 I get a decent drink
