The staff at this location is super nice and attentive it’s a little distance from but I travel here when I can�
I come here quite often, all of the employees tend to have some kinda of Gen Z stare. They don’t really speak when spoken to. I say thank you very loudly, nobody responds. It’s just weird robotic behavior. I’ve also been in a few times where the line was really backed up and there seems to be no sense of urgency whatsoever. The drinks are usually pretty good. Starbucks Coffee Company has kind staff who provide great service. The baristas are nice and make each visit memorable. They are quick and accommodating, taking the time to talk to customers and figure out what would be the best drink. The cafe is clean and has a cozy layout, perfect for studying. Customers can enjoy their drinks in glasses if they are staying in-cafe, which reduces the use of plastic cups. The iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso is a popular drink, with a good balance of espresso and hazelnut. Some customers have had issues with their orders, but the staff always try to make it right. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place to visit, with a welcoming atmosphere and good drinks. The staff are patient and kind, even when they are busy, and they go the extra mile to make customers happy.
