Was waiting in line for 10 minutes while staff walked past and behaved as if I wasn't there. Other potential customer was behind me. After not being recognized we both left. Needs better management. A poor example of the Starbucks brand.

they didn’t add any syrup into my drink ? i ordered a gingerbread latte and it tasted like a plain latte. i would have asked them to add the syrup in but my sisters picked it up for me so i couldn’t. very disappointed, i wanted to try the new

The number one reason I go to Starbucks versus your competitors is because I can go anywhere in the world and expect to get a consistent cup of coffee whether I'm in baltimore, San francisco, or Bangkok that tastes the same. I've been here 3 times beings I grew up in the area and they are close by. Every time I order the same thing and everytime something is wrong with it. Im done with this location unless I get a refund or credited for their mistakes. How hard is it to properly follow instructions for a drink you make thousands of times a day. All ice barely any drink and espresso grinds all through outmy drink.11/7/23 @2:50pm

I order brown sugar expresso Tranta and get grande. I pretty sure that’s what I paid for. So I asked them and she refilled with oakmilk. Thats not what I am expecting. I thought she would make a new one. But I guess not.

This use to be my favorite Starbucks location and close to work. Lately it's been super overwhelming for the staff. They have been backed up even if you order mobile online it's still a wait. One day they didn't even open at all. I hope this is fixed soon. Maybe more staff is needed. My advice order 20-25 mins in advance.

I am writing this several months after I bit into a CAKE POP that had many small and large PLASTIC PIECES in it??I was given the main # of Starbucks and offered a FREE drink, haha for my troubles. I have called the main #, sent an email with photos and been offered a $20 Starbucks card. The people who answer the phone don't really have any authority. Please don't take your child to a Starbucks for any food. Contaminated food is dangerous and disgusting.Starbucks doesn't care! Absolutely terrible!
