Love my local Starbucks and thank you for supporting our St. Mark United Methodist Church Community Day. Couldn’t thought of a better way to start off our Shed-it morning.
The staff was friendly and my drink was properly prepared. The inside was clean and the music was inviting. The area right outside of the store is extremely dirty. The outside of such a great establishment should match the inside. The exterior could deter a prospective patron.
This is my favorite store to go to. I go there to work sometimes and it’s clean and quiet. The baristas are all so friendly and helpful. And it’s so close to the mall and to everything else which makes it so convenient. 5 stars for me.

Additionally, product availability is inconsistent, especially on weekends, with items like plant-based milks, vegetarian sandwiches, and certain teas often out of stock, making it difficult for regular customers to get their usual orders. The location is appreciated for its cleanliness and efficiency but faces challenges with long lines and stock shortages. Overall, the staff’s kindness, especially during moments of spilled coffee, and the quality of drinks stand out as key strengths, though addressing outside concerns and inventory issues could enhance the experience further.
