There is another Starbucks slightly closer to my house, but I prefer this one. The quality of the drinks is consistent and everyone there- both the Starbucks staff and the regular customers- are super friendly and courteous.
This is actually the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, I've been here multiple times whether it's drive-thru or walk in you have to wait 10, 20, sometimes 30 minutes for your drink and most of the time there's something wrong. I've lived in this area for several years and it has never gotten better the drive-thru is atrociously slow. I got a different Starbucks all over the area and this is by far the worst one.
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this store. I placed a mobile order for an iced sugar-free caramel protein latte with light ice. I arrived around the time it was supposed to be ready for pickup and didn’t see my order. I tried to get the staff’s attention, but no one would listen or make eye contact.
