Somehow they get the right milk in the coffee, and the right meat for the sandwich, but can never get the right cheese. I never choose fake American cheese, yet they give it to me almost every single time, and I've returned the food before.

I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts today. The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the drinks were made perfectly. One of the workers, a lightskin dude at the counter, was especially helpful and respectful the whole time. He made sure my order was right, had a good attitude, and kept the line moving smoothly even when it got busy. It’s always nice getting good customer service like that.
