Always drove by it on my way to Lincoln Speedway but never stopped to try it until today. And holy moly their food is SO GOOD! Especially their cornbread and the dipping sauce that comes with it (Not exactly sure what it is - almost looks and tastes like milk but sweet. Could actually be sweet milk, but again not for sure what it is). I could probably eat that everyday for the rest of my life and be happy. Great brisket, smoked meats, and sides including cheesy potatoes. This is a walk up place open spring, summer, and fall. You eat outdoors on picnic tables. We drive over an hour to get here.

Awesome bbq spot attached to Spring Meadow farms, a great place to grab lunch after you do your garden center shopping. Basic menu but it has all the staples. Be sure to check the specials! The smoked sausage sandwich was delicious and the pork tacos were incredible. The cheesy potatoes were decadent and the cornbread was almost a dessert. A bit of a wait for the food to come out, but that is to be expected. Overall wonderful experience will definitely be back
