I only had one issue here when they didn’t have what I wanted which I ordered on the app, that was easily resolved because I got it the next day! I do absolutely love when Monique is there she always gets my order right & make sure I’m happy with my iced coffee:) never had rude staff here SO FAR!
Theres an older white lady in the morning that has the most disgusting attitude every damn day yall need to get rid of her she ruins it for everyone, aside from her trifling attitude everyone else is great! You have this younger women of color who works morning when the cranky older lady isent there who deserves a raise she’s WONDERFUL AMAZING GREATTTTT ATTITUDE we need more of her, keep her

This place is always out of donuts if you don't get here early in the morning. Last week, I got a strawberry frosted but it didn't have sprinkles. That's one of their top donuts- how didn't it have sprinkles? Also, the pink frosting color was off. It kinda seems like a generic dunkin'
