There horrible the Supervisor are very Racist and Rude. I came there about a week ago my order wasn’t right so I asked for the Supervisor and she came out with a very nasty attitude she don’t like to hiring black people which I don’t understand it’s a diverse restaurant without a great GM or Supervisor there no way a restaurant can be ran without a great team fired the Supervisor ASAP everybody complain about the food the service there attitudes I will not be returning to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever and i told my friends and family as well it’s bugs flying around the donuts and my coffee and a bug in good thing I opened the cup before I drank it I’m definitely going call the better business bureau Health Department and Corporate they need new Supervisor and new GM so the restaurant can be ran with positive attitudes to many bad reviews the Supervisor Jamie has a very nasty disposition she racist and she treats her employees terrible

This place is always out of donuts if you don't get here early in the morning. Last week, I got a strawberry frosted but it didn't have sprinkles. That's one of their top donuts- how didn't it have sprinkles? Also, the pink frosting color was off. It kinda seems like a generic dunkin'

I only had one issue here when they didn’t have what I wanted which I ordered on the app, that was easily resolved because I got it the next day! I do absolutely love when Monique is there she always gets my order right & make sure I’m happy with my iced coffee:) never had rude staff here SO FAR!

Took 10 minutes to order, customer ahead of me left because she waited too long. Drive thru was using regular counter register instead of drive thru register, taking up time of customers in store, making us wait longer. I get it is a busy time but even so, should not ignore customers coming in to focus 75% of efforts on drive thru only. Felt like they were ignoring us.
Went thru drive-through for a Chai Latte.
