This is borderline horrible. The gentleman behind the counter is not ver friendly, and uses a glove on one hand so that he can play cashier and cook at the same time. However, he is the only one working so that must be frustrating. He must take the order, and make everything to order prior to helping the next customer. My comments are more regarding the young man who served us rather than the business as a whole. It was 6:30am and this young man was working ALONE. The line was excessively long but he responded to each customer with kindness and consideration. I’m perplexed about how or why he was manning the entire store alone during what is likely a daily breakfast rush period, but the fact is- he did his best and should he be recognized!

Chai latte is all I ordered, and it was better than a lot of other Dunkins..? I think it’s from the staff. The gentlemen working (second time I’ve been here and he’s working alone) does a great job to ensure quality of items ordered rather than rushing through to get it done. Much appreciated.
