I’ve waited 5 minutes just to get my order taken and no one was in front of me. Apparently the cashier is also making the drinks. This is a high profile store and would not expect this type of delay. There was no parking anywhere so I parked further away and walked. The cashier was very friendly and trying hard. Two other ppl came out now and are standing there talking to each other. The place is dirty. Counters are full of cup marks
I avidly try and avoid this Starbucks because they never get my order right or something is missing and today was no exception. However, I ordered on the app because I was running late for work but when I got to Starbucks, the drink that was prepared was not what I ordered at all. Then, they remade it and it was still not right. I didn’t say anything because I was in a hurry and didn’t want to waste another drink but it’s crazy that every time there is some sort of issue.
