There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. “I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“This Starbucks is conveniently inside Target High Point. I was disappointed that Starbucks removed the seating and table where I could sit and enjoy a beverage.

“We stopped here after spending some time in Hershey to get a coffee. The guy behind the counter didn’t seem to happy to help, just some words he had to say, but helped nonetheless. We each got the Caramel Frappe and it was awesome. We went back Saturday but they closed at 3pm. If and when we get back to the area, we will stop and get another one. I assume it was buttercream icing but I had to laugh because it was literally almost straight up butter. I don’t know who is approving that icing recipe, it’s pretty much inedible haha. “I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.

About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.“

“I usually stop by on my way back home to grab a coffee, charge/check my phone, and use the restrooms. The scariest part is coming off the intersection into the parking lot because traffic is constantly flowing, but people are usually considerate. Nice little Starbucks.“

“Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“if I choose what goes into my drink it is very tasty, however they are not always so good. today I got cinnamon dolce latte. it tasted horrible, just like black coffee with milk. there was no cinnamon topping and I think they forgot about the flavor syrup. I had to throw it away. such a waste of money.“
