“After a date night with Kelly Miller where we thoroughly enjoyed the best smoked wings we've ever had, a melt in your mouth wagu cheese steak, the finest ribeye steak she's ever had, and the best old fashions I've ever had at The 1762 At The Warwick Hotel, we can't say enough about how incredible the food and drinks are here. You have to try it. Thank you Dave for this incredible experience. Now I'm enjoying a Drew Estate Cigars : The Rebirth of Cigars Undercrown Maduro.”

“Bills takes me back to a time when I was a young child. It's a beautiful old restaurant. The staff are fantastic, especially the older lady who waited on us. She said she was the waitress there from the time it was opened, many years ago. Food is fantastic! We always went for the breakfast, which came quick and was always delicious! Pricing is very reasonable. The only thing that I would change is, you have to pay cash, no cards. But, I did say it took me back. Thanks Bill, great job!”

Margherita Shrimp Flat bread, Mexican Street corn dip appetizer and Amish Chicken for entree. And a Makers Mark bourbon and ginger ale over ice. And visit to the table by the owner David. Worthy of a trip to Hummelstown. A few miles away from Hershey Park!”

“We were looking online for a good restaurant to have lunch in Hummelstown before taking our tour of Indian Echo Cavern. We came across the Chatterbox which had overwhelmingly positive reviews so we decided to try it. We weren't disappointed. My wife and I both had potato soup and the chicken salad sandwich. The potato soup was served piping hot with a perfectly seasoned light broth that was chock full of chunks of potato. The chicken salad sandwich was served on a croissant and was literally bursting with a generous portion of chicken salad topped with slices of beautifully ripe tomatoes and lettuce. Everything was made with the freshest ingredients by Roxy, and the desserts were also home made by her husband. Both were delightful hosts as well, spending time giving us a tour of their unique interior (if you love collectible antiques and old adverting, this is a mecca for both) and relating their colorful family history. This is a delightful place to have a delicious lunch in a warm, quaint atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

The coffee was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was both friendly and fast. I especially loved the fun iced sparkling drink options for kids , the little gummy butterfly on top was such a cute touch 🦋🥹

“went there for dinner and it was a good choice. Great service and the food was really good .It was like eating a home cooked meal instead of dining out. I had the fried chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and was very good. my fiance had the chopped steak and she wasn't disappointed. one grandaughter had the chicken tenders and fries and the other the Philly cheese steak. next time we are in hershey for vacation we will be coming back for sure .thank you for the great food and great service”

As busy and as overwhelmed as you guys were with all the large superbowl orders, your team did a fantastic job staying professional and doing the best you could to get the orders out the door as quickly as possible and to accommodate customers questions and concerns at the same time. although not everyone had the extra time available to them to wait, you were very empathetic to each person's needs and doing the best you could. the team did a great job working together and the teamwork went a long way, great job!”

“I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped in for a couple drinks. Definitely had a very divey feel to it. The bartender was super friendly and very chatty. My one issue is that there was a guy that was ready throw you out immediately if you even looked at the pool table with a drink in your hand. I get that they’ve probably had issues with people spilling their drinks but the rules say no drinks in the shadow of the table and he definitely expanded the size of that shadow in his mind far beyond the actual boundaries.”

“Our waitress was exceptional and the food was wonderful! We visit every couple months. Breakfast is always a great choice but today mom and I split the Honey Butter Chicken Dish. Excellent!!! Will be back for Thanksgiving Dinner!!!!”

“My kids and I stayed Monday-Wednesday. The lodge and water works are gorgeous and clean! Everyone was polite! I got coffee both mornings at the coffee shop! Decently priced and friendly service! The room was a whole different story. We were in the Reese’s tower and everything was outdated, dingy, and dirty. I called 30 min after we got there and they send a young man with a rag and spray bottle. You could not even see in the mirrors, dust was everywhere, crown molding falling apart and pulling off the walls. The tub and sink were chipping and had hair leftover in them. When I walked to the coffee shop you can see the difference when you leave the Reese’s tower and enter kisses tower/hershey tower. I do wish they showed more concern about the condition of the room and update that tower asap. I would never stay in that tower again. It was gross. I do have video and photos.”

Doing register, making the burgers, carrying heavy tubs of burger patties from the back, she is clearly very hardworking! She was very accommodating to me and gave great service! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I don’t think she should be doing so much by herself. It’s too much for one person.”
