If you want to sleep don’t book a room here! Hotel management does nothing to manage drunk guests from being loud at all hours of the night/morning. Management avoids trying to resolve any issues and provides terrible customer service.

Fire & Grain at Hershey Lodge offers a welcoming atmosphere with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Despite a minor issue with the host and some slow service during breakfast, guests find the overall experience enjoyable. The restaurant features a cozy ambiance with a large fireplace and bar, creating a relaxing environment perfect for celebrating special occasions or enjoying a casual meal. The menu includes a good range of delicious, well-seasoned entrees, such as the popular cod piccata and various flatbread offerings. Guests also enjoy the shrimp and risotto as an excellent appetizer. The breakfast buffet is appreciated for its pancakes, French toast, and eggs to order, with a nice toppings bar included. The bar area is known for its happy hour, offering $7 martinis—often with a Hershey kiss or Reese’s at the bottom—and half-off appetizers any day of the week, including Saturdays. The friendly waitress and bar staff are praised for their excellent service, making visits even more enjoyable. Overall, Fire & Grain provides a friendly, flavorful, and relaxing dining experience for visitors.
