“I'm from NJ, we have amazing little ice cream shops all over!! I'm not talking about dairy queen or cold stone (not that there is anything wrong with those places.) I haven't found a place like what I'm used to since I moved here. I happened to be in the Duncannon area a while ago and we were coming up on that location so I asked my wife to stop..It was AMAZING!! Since then I have been to this location a couple times and the funfetti dough is soo good!! The kids are nice, and very quick..they definitely work as a team which is nice to see these days.“

“Stopped by CHILL Ice Creamery the other day at the Fresh Market in Hershey, Pennsylvania. I was impressed by the amount of ice cream flavors they have to offer. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. I was very impressed with the amount of ice cream flavors they had to offer, and their menu is full of other selections as well. “We had such a lovely experience at this location today! My mom and I have dietary restrictions and need to limit our sugar intake. Today we stopped by hoping for a sugar-free option but unfortunately they didn’t have any out today. Instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch of sugar free mango-peach for us! We wholeheartedly appreciate the service we recieved today The staff was friendly and the service was quick, despite us having to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch (which we didn’t mind)! We will 100% be back to this location We love Rita’s due to their sugar free options as most dessert places don’t offer sugar free options Thank you so much for accommodating us and providing us with the best customer experience possible!“

“I would drive by this place, and without fail, it was always really busy. I figured it had to be a great place since it's always so busy. I also appreciate any local place that is not a large chain place. They make their own creations, and you can't compare what you get here for other places because it's truly so different. I will let you know they only take cash, but the gas station across the street has an ATM. I usually get their M&M Artic Creation. One time, I opted for a banana split, but I was truly unable to eat all of it. I felt like it weighed at least 3 to 5 lbs. If it was around when I would get ice cream with my grandma back in IA, it would have been a game changer. We always were able to get anything we wanted as long as we could eat it all. I ate my first banana split at 5 yrs old. I would never have been able to eat this banana split ever by myself. It's a great option if you are looking to share with others. Still look forward to going back and trying new things from time to time. Great staff too!!“

“We were excited to visit this highly rated Coffee Shop for the first time. When we arrived from out of town we were unable to find accessible parking. There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. The place looks so unique & cool, so I’ll definitely return to scope it out on my own to see if I can come back with my physically disabled guests.“

“I love Rita’s and will continue to come here regularly but it is unacceptable and to me it should not be allowed to only have one person attending many costumers! The girl who was working today 03/12/25 was amazing and was obviously working very hard to attend to all of us but the wait time was obviously very long (45mins to be exact) and because i drove from middletown to here i waited. “We visited Dairy Queen earlier this week for Free Cone Day, and it was such a great experience! The staff were friendly and worked quickly. There was a line, but it went by fast and was well organized. The restaurant was clean, and we appreciated having plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating.
