“I love Rita’s and will continue to come here regularly but it is unacceptable and to me it should not be allowed to only have one person attending many costumers! The girl who was working today 03/12/25 was amazing and was obviously working very hard to attend to all of us but the wait time was obviously very long (45mins to be exact) and because i drove from middletown to here i waited. I hope she gets to keep all the tips to herself!!!“

“Love coming here for the ice cream and treats for the pup! My husband and I always get milkshakes (which are delicious) and the staff let me mix 2 flavors (black raspberry and cookies & cream) and it was so good! Will continue to keep coming back“

“Awesome place to stop in for ice cream! Scoops were enormous and delicious! Tons of flavors. My buddy got a milk shake (which apparently they're known for) and said it was delicious.Lots of picnic tables to sit at outside as well as activities like arcade and nice looking mini-golf course. Highly recommend and definitely looking forward to returning for more of their ice cream! 2 scoops is plenty!! (though I got three :)“

“Gigis,is a hometown favorite! So nice to live a block away. Never disappointed. Food is always on point and the ice cream is to die for! 50 and 60 vibe. Gigi is very innovative with her ideas as every year she changes up stuff on the menu and ice cream flavors as well. This place is a hidden gem!“
“We had a great time there. I do think supervision needs to be a priority. The screaming & running around of kids is dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt & it was very annoying to be in the tea room listening to it.“
“Stopped by CHILL Ice Creamery the other day at the Fresh Market in Hershey, Pennsylvania. I was impressed by the amount of ice cream flavors they have to offer. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. I was very impressed with the amount of ice cream flavors they had to offer, and their menu is full of other selections as well. I definitely recommend this business. Please check them out!“
“Icecream a little pricey, but totally worth it!! Made right on the premises. Service always good and with a smile. Plenty to do outside... miniature golf, arcades , basketball, and during summer on occasional weekends, he's been doing live entertainment. Only suggestion maybe update building . Plenty of picnic tables/seating outside“

“Can be quite busy at times. The best way to not get stuck in parking lot [ due to dunkin donuts drive through] is park in Giant store parking lot and just walk across. Service is fast but lines can get long especially after dinner time. Still waiting for them to get cheesecake custard like the one in elizabethtown though.“
