“I love Rita’s and will continue to come here regularly but it is unacceptable and to me it should not be allowed to only have one person attending many costumers! The girl who was working today 03/12/25 was amazing and was obviously working very hard to attend to all of us but the wait time was obviously very long (45mins to be exact) and because i drove from middletown to here i waited. I hope she gets to keep all the tips to herself!!!“

“Awesome place to stop in for ice cream! Scoops were enormous and delicious! Tons of flavors. My buddy got a milk shake (which apparently they're known for) and said it was delicious.Lots of picnic tables to sit at outside as well as activities like arcade and nice looking mini-golf course. “We went there yesterday evening after a bike ride on the trail and decided to grab some food from here for the first time. We had their ice cream before and it was good! We got some dinner food also this time and it was so good!! We loved how the inside looked! And it was so cute when the server came out with my son’s dinner, it was in a vintage looking car food box! My son loved it. My husband and I also played a little game of uno while we waited that they had on the table. The staff there were really friendly and helpful! Our experience there was really good! Highly recommend eating here or just stopping by for some ice cream!!“

“We had a great time there. I do think supervision needs to be a priority. The screaming & running around of kids is dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt & it was very annoying to be in the tea room listening to it.“

“Their ice cream is so delicious! They have limited indoor seating, but there are plenty of picnic tables outdoors. There are so many activities for kids to enjoy. The last time we were there we witnessed a hot air balloon being filled and taking off. (As a side note: Bring cash, or be prepared to use the ATM.)“

“Stopped by CHILL Ice Creamery the other day at the Fresh Market in Hershey, Pennsylvania. I was impressed by the amount of ice cream flavors they have to offer. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. I was very impressed with the amount of ice cream flavors they had to offer, and their menu is full of other selections as well. “Best Place to go for Ice Cream“

“I would drive by this place, and without fail, it was always really busy. I figured it had to be a great place since it's always so busy. I also appreciate any local place that is not a large chain place. They make their own creations, and you can't compare what you get here for other places because it's truly so different. I will let you know they only take cash, but the gas station across the street has an ATM. I usually get their M&M Artic Creation. One time, I opted for a banana split, but I was truly unable to eat all of it. I felt like it weighed at least 3 to 5 lbs. If it was around when I would get ice cream with my grandma back in IA, it would have been a game changer. We always were able to get anything we wanted as long as we could eat it all. I ate my first banana split at 5 yrs old. I would never have been able to eat this banana split ever by myself. It's a great option if you are looking to share with others. Still look forward to going back and trying new things from time to time. Great staff too!!“

“Can be quite busy at times. The best way to not get stuck in parking lot [ due to dunkin donuts drive through] is park in Giant store parking lot and just walk across. Service is fast but lines can get long especially after dinner time. Still waiting for them to get cheesecake custard like the one in elizabethtown though.“
