“My husband and I went today around 130 and it wasn’t that busy and we ordered the hamburger, sausage hoagie, and two fries and two drinks. When I picked up the order when they called the number I noticed right away the sausage was just a sausage on a hotdog bun as big as a hotdog not the regular sausage on a hoagie roll. The sausage was a lot smaller half the size as what it was last year and the same price as last year but smaller. My husband said he wouldn’t order it again if it’s that small. The hamburger was the same and the french fries were excellent as usual and then we ordered ice cream and that was also fantastic as always, just a little disappointed on the sausage hoagie.“

“Growing up in Middletown back in the day, Twin Kiss was the spot. I haven't had ice cream that compared since... that was until I was in town and stopped by Jak Frost!!! The mixed, vanilla/chocolate soft serve was sooooo as good and it gave me childhood feelings!!! I will definitely be back soon!!!!“

“First off, if you’re on a budget and looking to escape the heat wave, listen up. They’re the only place in the area with snowballs (shaved ice in a styrofoam dish). And they start at like $2.75. The kids size is like a small. The small is like a medium, and so on. They have a 50 cent Elvis Presley theme pinball machine. For a quarter, a child under 100 pounds can ride Sandy the horse (an antique ride). They have Hello Kitty coloring pages and crayons. The service there is excellent. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience, and I wish more people knew about this place. It’s right next to the West Shore Theatre on Bridge Street. If you’re looking for a cost-effective and family-friendly place to hang out, their air conditioning is fantastic too.“

“We requested a specialty gelato for a pickle lover. This was a tall task to begin with, but Kimberly nailed it. The pickle flavor wasn't overwhelming and was a huge hit with the group. Thanks so much for going above and beyond on this custom order, and on such short notice. Chef's kiss!“

“Fast and friendly service. Prices are reasonable. The blueberry sundae is our main reason for coming here. It never disappoints. The other ice cream is good too, but if I could only recommend one thing, it would be the blueberry sundae.
Seating is okay. Just basic picnic benches in the middle of the grass. Some are shaded. Some aren't. The ones that aren't get hot fast. Definitely recommend trying to sit in the shade.
The additional 4% charge for using a credit card is something I'm sure on paper makes sense, but it still seems like something that shouldn't be passed on to the customer in this day and age. While I appreciate the transparency, it just makes the business come off as cheap.
Parking: Finding parking when they're busy can be a little challenging, but you can find a spot if you're patient enough.“

“Staff was great, very nice and very patient. The parking lot sucks and it was consistently crowded well after close. We had to eat in our car and it took us nearly 15 minutes to fully be able to pull out and leave. It's not the staffs fault, like I said they were amazing. But the parking lot situation puts us off from going often.
Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Sugar free options always available.
Parking: Cramped and crowded.
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: You can reach the windows okay.“

“Ice cream shop situated right at the Downtown end of the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge. Has outdoor seating. Very tasty. Order either vanilla or chocolate ice cream then add a mix-in (long list of mix-in options) to create a flavor of ice cream. Reasonably priced.“
“The server folks were friendly and happy to assist. They have both Hershey's and Urban Churn ice cream. I had the Urban Churn Gingersnap flavor in a small size cup. It was fantastic! The small size is big enough to share if you just want a little bit. My Dad had the Hershey's mint chocolate chip in a small size cup and said it was excellent.“

“I love the location and the variety of ice, but every time we’ve been this year, it’s painfully slow. There has been maybe 2 employees and a line through the parking lot, took about an hour to get waited on each time.“

“The food they serve is much better than fast food. The prices are reasonable. It less expensive than Mc Donalds and my stomach doesn't talk to me afterwards. When I eat at McDonald's my stomach is always upset. DQ has real meat. The burgers are good. They have a $5 lunch special that even has an ice cream treat included with it. The ice cream treats are the best. I love the cotton candy blizzard. My husband loves the banana splits. Stop in for good food and great ice cream treats!“
