“Delicious ice cream from the Penn State Creamery. Grilled sticky ice cream takes me back to memories of The Diner at campus. They have cup, cones, Sundays and milkshakes too. Lots of choices!“

“I have been to this shop numerous times, each visit more rewarding than the last. I have to say the "Cinnamon Bun Latte" is just amazing!“
“Ice cream shop situated right at the Downtown end of the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge. Has outdoor seating. Very tasty. Order either vanilla or chocolate ice cream then add a mix-in (long list of mix-in options) to create a flavor of ice cream. Reasonably priced.“

“I had the opportunity to face paint an event here. I visited two days before the event to get the layout. Both times I was here, the person working the counter was friendly and helpful. Allie is an absolute sweetheart. The pumpkin pie ice cream is heaven on a spoon. I ended up buying 3 pints to have a reserve on hand.“

“Overall, the store is great. I do have two complaints, however: 1. They should bring back the salad bar. Saladworks is nice, but I would prefer to pay $6.99 (or even $7.99) a pound to make my own salad, rather than paying $10.49 for a salad at Saladworks that includes lettuce plus 5 toppings, then if you want to add an extra topping, like sunflower seeds, you get charged for the most expensive topping you've selected (which is usually the protein). Also, I've encountered many issues with Saladworks where they have messed up my order - including one time where they did not include my protein. (I usually do mobile orders so I can run in and pick it up, but now I know to check my order before leaving.) If this Giant were to bring back the salad bar, I think they should do away with the various pre-made salads and deserts on the salad bar. I never saw anyone taking any of that stuff and it drives up the price of the salad bar. If any customers want those things, they can go buy them at the deli counter. 2. "Sushi Wednesday" has been a joke recently. Today when I visited the store, there were literally two packages of sushi marked as "Sushi Special" in the display case. The display case was practically full of other sushi (not on sale), by the way. I really feel like their Sushi Wednesday has been used as a bait & switch lately. You go into the store expecting to buy some sushi that's on sale, but you get there and they don't have anything or at least nothing except a Veggie Roll or a basic California Roll. Then, you have been thinking about sushi on your way there, so you have to buy one of their full price ($12.99+) rolls to satisfy your craving. Of course you don't HAVE to... but it sure feels like the old bait & switch gimmick to me.“

“Stopped by ColdStone creamery at 8pm on a whim and was amazed by the long line out the door. But the staff were quick and efficient, making my experience so enjoyable. Made my own ice cream creation and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely not waiting years to go back again!“

“After finding a short curly hair in my mouth from eating a blizzard from the Enola Dairy Queen, this place is definitely a 5 star. We only come for blizzards and ice cream through the drive thru, but I haven't had any hairs in my ice cream so far. They also give us the free pup cup for my dog.“
