Front of house Service is very attentive and always at the ready. Very friendly and will explain the cuisine. We were a party of 7 and each one of us enjoyed our meal and experience. this place is a gem. Poultry, Fish, Pork, and vegan options are available. Exotic fare is also on the menu. This place is great and I hope they are here to stay! Families and kids are welcomed. BYOB.”

“It's really close to Danville medical center. This is our McDonald's of choice when we're visiting Danville medical center. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, but also today I learned they're very forgetful at 3:00. In the afternoon they forgot my $4 medium fries over my would have been cheaper choice of $3.29 fry a small but before I left the door I checked my bag and realized everything was in there except for the fries. Got out to my car. Started to eat my Big Mac. I like it. Well done. I don't like it blackened and burnt but the more I order these well done. The more awk it feels like they're like okay. He wants it burn it. No I don't want to burn. I don't want it tan. I want it well done. McDonald's please get it together too. It's not just stand around McDonald's. It's clean up in Penn State territory. You need to solve it. We don't want burnt Burger we only want well done burger! After I stood at the counter and waited for 5 minutes, they finally got the attention of me and said oh, what did we miss your French file? Let me guess it was your french fries. Yes, you missed my medium french fries. It cost $4. Yes you did all right. Hold on a second and she acted like she was running over to the fry thing. The fryer I thought. Oh well, at least they're going to be fresh fries. The young man looked at me. Funny. Looked at the floor. Looked at the manager looked at the floor. Looked at me. It was like. Yep. Here's your fries. I got out to the car. The fries were cold and hard. Not only did they forget them they gave me old fries cold and hard. I don't know other times I've stopped here over the last 20 years. Service was great. I don't know what changed. Just my honest opinions this time in 2026”

Thankfully, I discovered Sweet Cordelia’s on my drive home one day. Erica was very nice, responsive, and easy to work with. The tasting process was so much fun and we were able to pick the perfect combination. The price point was amazing and we were so happy with how the cake looked and tasted. Definitely recommend.”

I hear the wait times can be long on the weekends. My only problem is that I never received my loyalty rewards program points after the visit. After contacting Shinjuku Station (3) separate ways, by phone to the specific location and speaking to the Assistant Manager Allen and by FB Messenger to the specific location and by a secure message on the corporate website. Several days have gone by and the points still have not been added to my loyalty rewards profile. I have provided all of the necessary documentation for this to be taken care of. The wait staff needs better training on how to ensure guests receive credit for their dining visits) or abandon the loyalty program if you don't know how to administer it properly.”

Casual setting if you dine in with great 80s music and sever was great. I called the bar the next day and spoke with a manager.. later on I received a call from the owner of Koura. He ran the tapes and laid out in detail everything that happened and assured me I did NOT lose my wallet there. The fact that he took the time to review alot of footage just to help a guy he doesn't know says alot. Also the staff were very helpful during our visit to accommodate the language barrier.

It took about 30 minutes just to get one plate of sashimi. Our 2nd sushi roll took about 10 more minutes to come out and then by the time the 3rd roll was ready, our waiter was outside smoking and it just sat there until he finished his smoke break. We were given one napkin and had to ask for chopsticks. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.”

I was there that night, and she wasn’t - her husband was. What he apparently relayed to her is completely inaccurate. Although I was sitting across from the bar, he was so loud that everyone heard the conversation whether we wanted to or not.
He asked where his food was & the bartender asked him what food as he hadn’t ordered anything to eat. He started waving his phone in her face & told her he had showed her the code #. She explained to him that the code is for rewards & he hadn’t ordered anything so she then asked him what he wanted. (He called Laura & told her she had to order in the app.) He continued to yell at the bartender, causing the entire place to go dead quiet. Customers then started speaking up telling him that’s not how it works. Apparently she was supposed to read his mind as to why he was there (other than drinking multiple beers)???
Laura, before leaving inaccurate reviews, perhaps you should know the entire story first. Shame on you.”

“I visited the Harrisburg, PA location with family members on 3/11/2026. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is fun loving. It was mid week so we were seated rather quickly. I hear the wait times can be long on the weekends. My only problem is that I never received my loyalty rewards program points after the visit. After contacting Shinjuku Station (3) separate ways, by phone to the specific location and speaking to the Assistant Manager Allen and by FB Messenger to the specific location and by a secure message on the corporate website. Several days have gone by and the points still have not been added to my loyalty rewards profile. I have provided all of the necessary documentation for this to be taken care of. The wait staff needs better training on how to ensure guests receive credit for their dining visits) or abandon the loyalty program if you don't know how to administer it properly.”

“I've gone here several times now. The chicken is really good. Not flavorful tho. And if you get a sandwich, good luck. It's 3 chicken tenders on a bun, and you can't eat it unless you keep the paper that they wrapped it up in, around it.I don't care for the cole slaw, the toast, or Cane's sauce, but that's just me.
The only thing I think they can improve on is the fries. Every single time I get them they are hardly even cooked, and they are soft and flappy. I have to bring them home and put them in my air fryer. I only noticed today the sign said that the fries were crispy. I'm not sure if this is at all of them, but the one on Jonestown Road does not ever have crispy fries when I'm there.
So overall, I think they're good. I just won't be going back myself. It's overpriced, like everything else.

“I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.
About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.”
