“This is the best chipotle in the area, good food, great service (except for the guy at the cash register who thinks he can run a faster half mile than me, -1 star for service but keep dreaming bud). If you’re looking for that classic chipotle with pretty good portions then you found the place.“
“Food is a bit high in cost but otherwise good. Some employees were talking so loud that I was having trouble hearing the person serving me. Also, when pulling into the parking lot, one employee was on her way in, looking at her phone, walking extremely slow, not caring that he was blocking our way.“
“Came in last night with a friend (first time seeing him in a few months), and right away the vibe was good — place was actually packed, which is always a good sign. Energy felt solid and the staff seemed to get along, which matters more than people think.
Service on the line was fast and smooth. The woman who started my bowl was super kind and actually noticed I got a light scoop of rice at first — she offered to add more without me even asking. That goes a long way as a customer, especially when you’re paying real money for these bowls now. Shoutout to her for that.
Staff was attentive overall: asked about drinks, reminded me to use my Chipotle rewards (huge plus — I would’ve forgotten), and kept things moving. Portions were solid, and everything after that first small hiccup went smoothly. Only thing on me is I should’ve spoken up about wanting double chicken — that’s not on them.
Food was good, environment was great, and the team had good chemistry.
Only reason this isn’t 5 stars: cleanliness. Our table had leftover rice, lettuce, and cheese on it, and the condiment/soda/utensil area was a bit messy. Not disgusting, but noticeable.
All in all — great staff, quick service, good energy. Clean up the dining area a little more consistently and this is easily a 5-star spot.“
