““I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this Chipotle at Queensgate in York absolutely earned it.
This was hands-down one of the most well-run locations I’ve ever experienced. The team working today was incredibly polite, fast, and in sync—like a perfectly choreographed system. The line moved quickly without feeling rushed, and every interaction was friendly and genuine.
And the food? Spot on. Everything was fresh, perfectly portioned, and made with care—honestly one of the best Chipotle meals I’ve had.
If you’re anywhere nearby, it’s worth going out of your way to visit this location. This is what great service should look like.”“
“Never had a bad order. Staff is always friendly. Dining room could use some attention as tables are not always clean. Probably due to small seating space and busy. But I couldn't tell you the last time I was in there and saw someone cleaning a table.“

This is hands-down the BEST Chipotle in the entire state of PA. The staff here truly makes the difference! Karter, Mrs. Jenn, Micheal, Liam, and so many others go above and beyond every single visit. They’re always friendly, fast, and they actually care about the customers.
The food is consistently fresh, the portions are solid, and the restaurant is always clean. I honestly only go to the gym across the street just so I have an excuse to come to this Chipotle afterward! That’s how good it is. If you’re anywhere near the area, this is the Chipotle to go to.
