“I had to leave a review specifically because of Mason at the Chipotle on Main Street in Newark.
This might sound funny, but this review is about the lettuce. 😂
I was actually planning to skip it because I’ve been cautious lately, and a lot of places serve lettuce that’s wilted or poorly prepared. Mason brought out a fresh batch and proudly told me, “I cut it this morning.” It was some of the cleanest, crispest, freshest lettuce I’ve seen in a long time.
What really stood out wasn’t just the lettuce—it was the pride he took in his work. You could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of what he was serving, and that kind of integrity is becoming harder to find. It’s easy to overlook the small details, but those details make a huge difference to customers.
Mason, thank you for taking pride in what you do. Employees like you are the reason people come back. I hope Chipotle recognizes the example you’re setting because outstanding customer service isn’t just about being friendly—it’s about caring enough to do the little things well.“

Tried a Carne Asada, because it looked so good in a commercial (2 of us).
It was very tasty !!

“After having a horrible experience at the Chipotle on Kirkwood Hwy due to their rude staff, I've been making my way out to this one and it's easily worth the extra 10 minutes I have to drive. The staff is friendly, the portions are MUCH bigger than what I was getting at Kirkwood, and it's thankfully not as busy.“
