Only gave it 4 stars cuz it's a bit hit or miss. This time visiting however was wonderful. The employee dishing out the rice was super nice and was joking around with customers. The second one with the toppings wasn't as friendly but she was also refilling toppings tubs as we were waiting to be served. Service was fast and the line moved quickly. The food was good, chicken and steak nice and flavorful and the serving was very plentiful. Sometimes they stinge a bit on the rice....read full review
Food was good as usual. I have to say I was a little irritated when I went to the counter for a drink refill to be told we don't do that. What? Who doesn't give refills? Chick-fil-A two doors down in the food court gives refills. I guess next time I get my drink from them.

Employees shouting "Sir" "ma'am" at random passersby to entice them to eat there then laughing when they look around confused. It is very annoying if you are eating anywhere near there or are trying to wait for food at other vendors.
