Chipotle Mexican Grill in Philadelphia

“Came in right around 1pm on a Tuesday and ordered a chicken burrito. The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was fresh and tasty and the place was clean. Seems like there’s a new manager, so hopefully she can turn this place around. Very encouraged by my experience.“

“We love the varieties of food wonder provided to us, and we like how constantly we get extra coupons from wonder to get deals. From food ordering to pick up, wonder preparation service is great! As a regular customer, we are happy to continue food services pick up from wonder at the South Philly location.“

“Excellent! Everything at this location is freshly made, served to order, and tastes fantastic! The staff is always friendly, professional, and well organized. The restaurant is very clean and has great music! The self service counter is always well stocked with utensils, napkins, and sauces. Always a great place to eat!“

“This is my normal Chipotle and it’s always pretty solid. It’s clean and I’ve never seen it get that crowded. Generally speaking I’m pleased with the scoop and portion sizes, which can totally vary by location. (Of course now that I post this, corporate will probably be upset and try to make the portions smaller). Employees, keep hooking it up!!!

Although the food is good I can’t give higher than 5 stars just for how expensive the food keeps getting.“

“Perfect chipotle. $11.07 never went so far for me. Service is very efficient and I have reduced to just saying “bowl, white black honey pico corn lettuce cheese” and my order is done. Corporate lunch is great. Mysterious door a foot off the floor, not just unlocked but open. Do I go in?“

“Service was top-notch. It was busy and I forgot the dude‘s name but he took the time out to go get rice. He let somebody use his Wi-Fi all while working and trying to push out the line. we have to try to understand a lot of these places are short. They don’t have workers and we gotta keep that in mind.. I had a tough day, but Shawn at Chipotle really turned it around. His kindness and excellent service made all the difference. Despite my rough day, he greeted me with a smile and made sure my meal was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Shanw, for brightening my day!

My young daughter was concerned about the oil used for the food as she was unaware what it was he took the time to nicely explain to her what it was and how it’s used. The young man at the register was also very friendly. Great team working tonight !“

“I go to this chipolte a lot and the past two days I have gotten chicken/steak bowls something taste dramatically different compared to a few weeks ago and in a good way. Im not sure if an ingredient has been changed or there is new cooks but whatever it is needs to stay!“
