Chipotle Mexican Grill in Philadelphia

“I come here often and the guys in the afternoon are very sweet and they make sure my food is to my liking. Great customer service however I decided to come here tonight and I usually don’t come at this hour and it wasn’t welcoming at all. There was a short lady with glasses that was preparing food and she was a bit nasty and it’s like she was barely putting any food in my bowl and it’s like she was purposely doing it as if she was trying to upset me I wish I could explain it but her coworker knew what she was doing because he was smirking . The crazy part is if I say can I have a little more she would say well that’s double but you was barely giving me anything inside of my bowl also her demeanor was nasty and so was the big guy that was checking us out who was smirking…They do not need to be in the front at all“

“We love the varieties of food wonder provided to us, and we like how constantly we get extra coupons from wonder to get deals. From food ordering to pick up, wonder preparation service is great! As a regular customer, we are happy to continue food services pick up from wonder at the South Philly location.“

“The staff although abrupt in handling customer orders was efficient and coordinated. They were always aware of what was asked from the customer even down the line from their assigned space in the food/ ingredient stations.

At the register the staff was able to clearly communicate that we had ordered a “large guac” and the staff member receiving this message made it clear that they had heard this and were happy and ready to get it together for our order.

The food was fresh, well seasoned and exactly the way I like when I go to chipotle!

Would go back to this location again.“

“This is my normal Chipotle and it’s always pretty solid. It’s clean and I’ve never seen it get that crowded. Generally speaking I’m pleased with the scoop and portion sizes, which can totally vary by location. (Of course now that I post this, corporate will probably be upset and try to make the portions smaller). Employees, keep hooking it up!!!

Although the food is good I can’t give higher than 5 stars just for how expensive the food keeps getting.“

“Being one of the only Chipotle’s in center city this crew really gets it done! Since they’re one of the only stores and they’re always very busy it’s common that things may take a little bit of time but it’s nothing that the crew is doing that is causing this. The people who work at this location are very sweet and so helpful, and even during a rush want the best for you. As long as you have some decency and say please and thank you to this wonderful crew they will definitely get you right!“

“Service was top-notch. It was busy and I forgot the dude‘s name but he took the time out to go get rice. He let somebody use his Wi-Fi all while working and trying to push out the line. we have to try to understand a lot of these places are short. They don’t have workers and we gotta keep that in mind.. I got a chicken bowl chips and dip and some vinaigrette and it is really good’ thanks“

I had a tough day, but Shawn at Chipotle really turned it around. His kindness and excellent service made all the difference. Despite my rough day, he greeted me with a smile and made sure my meal was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Shanw, for brightening my day!

“I go to this chipolte a lot and the past two days I have gotten chicken/steak bowls something taste dramatically different compared to a few weeks ago and in a good way. Im not sure if an ingredient has been changed or there is new cooks but whatever it is needs to stay!“

My young daughter was concerned about the oil used for the food as she was unaware what it was he took the time to nicely explain to her what it was and how it’s used. “I go to this chipotle often and let me tell you it’s always a miss because they just don’t care. However, today 7/14 I don’t know who was on the grill today but this bowl is the best bowl I’ve had in a long time in Philly. Great job!“
