Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant that serves Mexican-inspired food. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been some issues with understaffing and employee attitude. Some customers have reported receiving incomplete orders, including missing items and incorrect drinks. However, the restaurant has also received praise for its fair portions and attempts to make things right when mistakes happen. One cashier, in particular, was commended for her apologetic and helpful demeanor when resolving a customer's issue. The restaurant's cleanliness has also been a concern, with some tables being dirty. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill seems to be a decent spot for a meal, but service can sometimes be inconsistent. Customers also enjoy the chill and relaxing environment, with many noting the food is fresh, hot, flavorful, and served in good portions. On a positive note, some reviews mention fun experiences like adding extra toppings and enjoying the atmosphere, making it a recommended place for a casual meal.
