So many times this place gives me the smallest portions. Food was all dehydrated, and not chipotle quality. I walked over to the other nearby chipotle and got actual chipotle we all deserve.

Ok I come here all the time and once again the female server and cashier employees were super unfriendly and mean as usual and kinda ruins the experience but I still keep the peace and enjoy my meal but I think they should treat customers like me with better service I mean I am spending my money right ? The food is not bad in taste. The times I have gone, the tables are dirty and I start cleaning mine so I can sit down. The service is very unhelpful. They look at you with a look like hurry up or get out of line. I go and it's because of my husband, but I don't really feel like this food because it takes away my desire even when he comes in and sees everything dirty ?

Just walked out of this location why would I pay $12 and some change for a spoon full of rice that doesn't cover the bowl bottom of the bowl and a half spoon of cubed steak that's all I ever get but it's pretty ridiculous that for $13 dollars you get such a small amount or they will charge you extra when it's not even a serving of food not worth it at all...

this place sucks so bad it doesn't make any sense. Give small portions and when you ask for more, they charge you double for a regular serving. Always out of something and the place is forever filthy.

So sorry to the one on 1512 Walnut Street.Here is my review from a month ago, because it was such a bad experience I just had to make sure I got my messaged across:Store doesn’t care about cross-contamination. This is the 2nd time I had ingredients in my burrito that I didn’t ask for that I have an intolerance to. Not to mention the portions are skimpier than any chipotle I’ve ever been to

Numerous times this location has provided me with the smallest portion sizes imaginable. The food, not only lacking in volume, is also thrown together sloppily and the quality is absent as well.The chips, more often than not, are always stale and cold.As a person who has always loved chipotle it is a shame that their standards and quality have gone so downhill. I do not plan on returning anytime soon and would recommend that you do not as well. The product is no longer worth the price.

The person working the register had the audacity to accuse me of “getting germs” on someone else’s bag. Literally the person handling all the money and touching every bag. She even tried to point at a guacamole stain on the receipt as evidence of my germs. I left without my order and will not be returning.
