Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mount Laurel

“This Chipotle is new around my house and I decided to stop in. I usually take my food to go but I decided to eat in with my kids and everything about it was amazing. The employee who prepared my bowl for me showed me the absolute best hospitality. He didn’t have an attitude like other locations, he made sure he fulfilled my order the way I wanted. I was coughing because I had swallowed too fast, but he asked if I was okay and made sure to get me some water. I also paid close attention to the cleanliness of the store. He cleaned up behind every customer and sanitized. He made sure everyone who ate, felt welcomed. He made me feel welcomed in the store. His name is Ben. I don’t do reviews but this experience definitely called for it. Thank you for showing me respect and great hospitality Ben. You’re amazing and me and my kids thank you. Chipotle definitely needs to promote this employee!!!“

“I was in the store for less than two minutes and received the best Chipotle service of my life. The workers were very friendly and worked quickly down the line. They also all worked together very well. The bowl I got and the chips were both very fresh and all of the ingredients were prepared correctly. The store was also very clean. Very good!“
