“I have been to this location multiple times and have generally had good experiences. Today, I saw a worker dealing with an impatient customer in front of me and helped her as much as he could. Then, when it was my turn to order, he maintained a positive attitude despite his previous experience that I made it a point to ask him name. Jace was very kind and one of the best chipotle workers I have ever dealt with.“
“Staff are genuinely the best I had to use the restroom almost had a accident I ordered a drink (as a courtesy) after the first bathroom trip I had to do another one and they were so kind sometimes travel is so stressful finding an establishment to use a bathroom but as a new Yorker got my 10/10“
