“When we first walked in, friendly faces greeted us. The workers took our order and told us to take a seat. We got our food and sat at the little bar. There was also a place where you sit and study in the back corner. There were also some cool benches in the back. The food was absolutely amazing🤩. It was packed full of flavors and protein. My daughter friend is allergic to gluten, dairy and nuts , but she was still able to get food. Overall, everything was amazing 🤩.5 stars ⭐️“

“The best Chipotle I've ever been to. I visited 9-26-25 to got a veggie burrito and a veggie bowl and they are built the way they should be. I get my Great Dane a steak burrito and anywhere else, they are literally smaller than my palm and the size of a taco. Here, it is an actual burrito.“

“I enjoyed my meal at Chipotle on Saturday July 18th 2026. This location is across the street from Waldorf Astoria hotel. It poured down raining and a slew of tourists came in to prevent from being drenched. I ate my bowl of food. While eating I could hear all of the languages being spoken. Dutch, French, and Spanish. Many of these tourists were in town because of the world cup. The location was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem the air conditioner was not working at its full capacity.“

“Probably the best chipoltle in the area. I come often on my lunch break which is off peak, so the lines are hardly ever long. Even so, the service is very quick and efficient with scoop portions up to expectations. Staff was extremely helpful when I spilled my bowl on my way to the table (big props to the employee working the counter this morning for her kindness). Always a decently priced option to keep me fueled through a 9 hour retail shift.“

“This chipotle was genuinely life altering. Ordered on DoorDash 30 mins before closing expecting a ‘bottom of the barrel whatever’s left’ type of deal. When I tell you these bowls were the most packed and decadent chipotle bowls I’ve ever seen… so warm and delicious. This hot honey chicken quesadilla was SO juicy and SO fresh I’ve never had chipotle like that in my life. I’ve been to chipotles across the US and NEVERRR had a meal like this one. Rice ?? FRESH. Beans (both pinto and black) ?? FLAVORFUL. Never in my life have I not been able to finish a chipotle meal until last night. I will be thinking about this chipotle for the rest of my days and so look forward to the day I get to return.“

“UPDATE: I returned after my initial review below and was impressed with the service and changes. There was a long line, but the staff was very quick and professional dealing with the customers + quality of food was great. Great job, think they really do listen to feedback provided.

INITIAL: In my life, I have consumed over 1,000 Chipotle burritos. So I have seen my fair share of Chipotle restaurants across this beautiful nation of ours. As such, based on my awe inspiring sample set, I can confidently say... this is the worst Chipotle I have been to (unfortunately multiple times) for the following reasons:

1. They are always out of something, last time I went, they had no chicken...
2. Their protein whether its the chicken or the steak, always has an off, rubbery taste to it
3. The staff is consistently yelling at each other in Spanish, to the point where one has to repeat and also yell their order back to them multiple times

Unfortunately, their location is somewhat convenient, and therefore I will begrudgingly visit this place again at some point in the future. With that, I hope my review, will inspire them to improve.“

“It was quick, the food was on point, and the people were friendly. It is pretty small in comparison to other locations, but we went on a Monday night around 9pm, so we were the only people there, aside from two NYPD officers who ordered after we sat down to eat, but they took theirs to go. The restroom is locked and you have to be a paying customer to use it (which is why we decided to just buy food there in the first place!) I'd highly recommend!“

The place has its share of homeless people gleaning the soda station and teens coming in after school and causing an occasional ruckus but the staff really try their best to keep the place clean, sanitized and items stocked. The ONLY new & young employee I've ever seen take the time to make sure I didn't get the bottom of the barrel chicken was SANTONIO. I have been ordering from here 2-3 times a week for almost three years now, the people here are second to none. Especially the people doing the online orders.

Out of over 200 orders, less than 5 have had issues, and it was always resolved same day, either in person or on the app.“

The staff cannot control who walks through the doors, including people experiencing homelessness, so it’s unfair to blame the location or employees for something that is completely outside of their control. Judge the service based on the people actually working there. NFS.“

“This place is very clean I would say that there service definitely needs to be work on that I asked for guac at the end and I opened my bowl and no guac so next time I’m coming here I’ll make sure everything‘s in there as you should too but other then that its tasty“

“I eat at this particular Chipotle alot. I love their iced tea and they always have it ready by 11am. I like the clean, spacious look and feel of the bar height stainless steel tables. The staff keeps them clean and regularly wiped off. The staff really cares about the customer experience.“

“This review is mainly to thank the staff here.
During a visit to nyc from VA, we left a cell phone at a table. When we realized that the phone was missing, I tried calling the places we’d been to. Chipotle was the only one to actually answer and it turns out one of the employees found the phone and brought it in their office.
We were already in NJ by then but we were assured that they’ll keep it till we came to get it at the end of the day.
Thank you for your honesty and for doing the right thing when you didn’t have to. You saved us a lot of headache, inconvenience, and money.

“Came in close to closing and instead of hurrying me out like im used to in other places they were respectful and courteous. Young man making the meal was explaining what they were running out of so I said surprise me with chicken and he did nothing short of an awesome job.
