Very good customer service!
I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for many years, and I really enjoy the food. However, it has been frustrating to come into the restaurant and be told that I have to place an online order just to get a quesadilla, even when I plan to eat it in the store.
When I ask why this is the process, the staff often cannot explain the reason clearly, which makes the experience even more frustrating. It feels inconvenient and unnecessary from a customer perspective.
