I had the pad thai with vegetables and spring rolls. The order was via delivery, so the spring rolls did lose a lot of the crunch, but still very much delicious.

The pad thai was excellent and portion size was great (if not a little too much, but just meant I had more for later)

I look forward to eating again from Plue, and highly recommend you try this quaint, authentic Thai food out.

“This place is insanely delicious and the service is absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t possibly choose a favorite dish from the dinner menu but a few that were extra were the carrot cone, the eggplant corndog, and the tomato with smoked cheese donut. I love that there are some proteins in the dishes like tofu and beans to make a fully vegetarian menu very satisfying. Also, the mocktail with beet and yuzu was amazing. I cannot wait to come back.”

The fried monkfish was a hit, as well as the fried chicken, with great textures, juiciness, and flavor. We also really loved the pork soup which was rich yet clear and light! This was the most unique Korean food I have found in NYC, having tried many other top restaurants in the city as well. Also great hospitality from the staff!”

The Soy Scallop with Gim Rice was light and citrusy, with fresh, sweet scallops. The beef tartare surprised us with its generous portion and rich gochujang flavor; we just wished it came with some carbs like rice or crackers.

The Grilled Tteokgalbi was interesting, resembling a smoky hamburger steak with rice cake chunks—good, but not our top pick.

I was so overwhelmed so I just went with a friend’s recommendation and got the Pho #1 sandwich. This is something I never knew I needed!! The unique course consists of different parts of the chicken on skewers as part of a 13 course menu with a delightfully unique charcoal flavor from Kishu, Japan and combined with traditional Japanese hospitality, respect and craft, this place was certainly worth the price. The meatball  and chicken oyster skewers were absolutely delicious, meanwhile the broccoli and sweet potatoe were pleasant surprises,  and the herbaceous, flowery yet refreshing shiso sorbet was simple and amazing. Absolutely exquisite on all the senses and an exceptional dining experience. I will certainly return. Reminded me so much of Japan. Well done!”

“Final full day in New York City and I needed a taco fix. Found lostacosno1 nearby where the food is fresh, prepared quickly and staff are extremely friendly. If you speak Spanish, even better.
Although there is often a queue, today only around a half dozen people were in front of me.
Once I placed my order, I waited in a line where your food is made fresh in front of you. You’ll be asked if you want flour or corn tortilla, and then you’ll be asked if you want the free toppings: onion, cilantro, guac, salsa.
I ordered a corn taco and a corn quesadilla “with the lot”.
I also bought a #horchata which was soooo tasty. Can’t put my finger on what the ingredients were but don’t care. Soooo good.
There is only standup benches to eat at or you can takeaway. There is a bench with serviettes, cutlery and extra toppings.
Great concept and happy to know they are spread across the country.
Would dine here any day of the week.

“Yummy. Our reviews got 36 million views last year. Best bagels on UWS. Always fresh, made on site, great coffee too. Line moves fast so be sure you have your order ready. They give you a LOT of cream cheese and the prices are right. She normally gets her bagels toasted but not here because they are always hot from the oven and super soft. We love this place. They have a couple of tables and chairs inside but they are not in my photos. Check out all of our reviews. My friend went here a few years ago and have been wanting to come back for awhile. Apparently it was a lot cheaper a few years ago and now it’s inflation. I thought the food was good, CASH ONLY, and the serving size was amazing. The decor is chinatown and the staff is in and out.

Definitely not a buzzing place but the food is good. I liked my friend’s dish more than mine. She got the beef noodles. A place you go just for food and then leave. Definitely takeout vibes. Recommend giving it a try!”
