Surprised to find such a nice, normal spot in the middle of 5th Av, but I'm not complaining! Happy hour on drinks pulled us in, and the John Doe ale is one of the best I've had from a keg (they actually formulated it to be cold and refreshing, not just putting a regular cask ale on a colder tap) - and I think this is the only place you can get it! Wish I'd known about the oyster deal, but we saw others get them and they looked good! Outdoor seating was still good for a Manhattan...read full review
