I’ve had my eye on this restaurant for some time and have been craving good Mediterranean inspired dishes. Dagon did not disappoint.To start, the hummus with green harissa and tomato jam was hands down my favorite hummus tasting in a long time! The flatbread was warm and delicious coated in fresh herbs and olive oil. What a pairing.My main order of salmon over braised red cabbage with a lemon apple butter was so good I couldn’t get enough. Middle-East food, Israeli-Lebanese, not very orignal but very well crafted.Solid ambiance but not too noisy. Service is really kind, very helpful and always smiling. We’ll definitely come back.
