I entre to buy a salad at 10:50am, the first action I saw was the lady checking the clock because I want to have a salad earlier. Her attitude was not a morning costume service at all, serving in a small container, that for me was unusual because I always get the bold, no because I want more is just because is easy for my eating inside the car but when I said the dressing she splashed in the plate ask she doesn’t wants to works with costume early. I go to a number of sweet greens and generally they are efficient and consistent. This Sweet greens I’ve been to 3 times and it’s incredibly slow like I’m in a line of 2 people for now 12 min. I think it’s the to-go orders. Everyone that works there is very courteous but so slow compared to the rest.

I love sweetgreen but it shouldn’t take almost 30 minutes to get food while on a lunch break. They appear to be prioritizing online orders while the line of customers is at the door. There should be someone specifically for online orders and someone else handling the customers in person. Just an idea for efficiency.
