I thought the Spicy Monkfish was very flavorful and good and the dolsot albap was surprisingly very tasty. Im usually not the biggest fan of albap but this was not too fishy and the crispy rice on the bowl was very pleasant and went well with the dish.
Duck bulgogi probably least special and ok to skip but not bad.“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“The popcorn chicken was so good. I think it was my favorite dish of everything we ordered, and the potatoes were perfectly done. The pasta was good, but I didn’t go crazy about it. The shrimp toast was good, and the sauce was excellent. The mushroom bibimbap was tasty and had a kind of coconut flavor at the end.

The restaurant was very loud; I couldn’t hear what the people at my table were saying. The service was all over the place. They had a problem with the AC unit dripping, so they put a pan underneath to catch the water, but they dropped the pan all over the floor and into the kitchen. They didn’t seem to clean their hands afterward and continued serving customers.

The restaurant was very understaffed. The food is great, but the place needs to feel a little cleaner and more organized.“

“Delicious pea salad, steak and potatoes with chimichurri, and black sesame bread pudding. The staff was incredibly cognizant of timing since I was seeing a show. I would absolutely go back for the steak and potatoes alone! The scallop crudo could have used more balance on the acidity but that is my only note.“

“Went here on a whim to celebrate our friends special ocassion. The interior is nicely decorated and quiet. We ordered some patatas bravas, cheese and ham platter, white sangria and the chicken! Our food was brought our promptly and we enjoyed our food and drinks. The plates were easily shareable among 4 people and the food was good. The star was definitely the chicken. I'm not sure what they put in that chicken or how they cooked it but it was delicious. One of our friends declared ir the best chicken he's had in his life.

The real heart of the experience was Eric, the owner. He treated us with so much respect and made us feel like we belonged there. The conversation flowed effortlessly, and there was this easy harmony to the whole night that you just can’t fake. Eric clearly pours his heart into this place, and it shows in every detail.

“This place is a tiny little jam with great service and small bites. Everything was tasty from the Hamon to the Wago beef tartar, Hamachi crudo, Seabass ceviche and the spaghetti. Wines were excellent, especially the Chablis and Chateauneuf-du-pape. Place ain’t cheap so fasten your seatbelts.“

“I went to Plado for the first time last night with a couple of friends who had already been there several times and raved about it. They were not wrong to rave! The food was simply superb. Every dish was an experience to savor. It actually made me stop and slow down so I could enjoy what was happening in my mouth. Everything had various levels of flavor that made the experience worthwhile. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Standouts for me were hard to choose but if I had to, the taro gnocchi, duck confit, and roasted carrots were my favorite. Desserts were out of this world delicious and unique so I encourage everyone to save room. The ambiance is lovely and the chef and his wife are warm and welcoming. “Victoria and her catering team are incredible. I reached out for food for 1000 people for a FIFA World Cup watch party at our corporate office in New York. Unfortunately I did not have advanced notice for this order and placed it last night. When they opened this morning they did everything they possibly could to accommodate our request and I must say from the presentation to delivery and communication everything was seamless and perfectly executed. I really appreciated how kind and accommodating Victoria was and how she made this happen for us. I will absolutely be ordering from them again (with advanced notice of course) and recommending them for future events!“

I loved the cocktail that I had, you can see my friend enjoy it in the video.
I loved the music and the shows they were playing on the tv.
I didn’t particularly enjoy the fries but it did not ruin the experience in the slightest.

“i had heard a lot about this restaurant and was nervous that it was overhyped, but i actually had a great time here. casual space to catch up with friends, service was kind and attentive, every dish had matched or exceeded my expectations, and they didn't make a fuss over my friend coming late or us staying past the 90min mark as advertised.

ordered the corn dumplings, oxtail spring rolls, berkshire ribs, and yellowfin crudo. the crudo was much smaller than expected but overall everything tasted good. we were skeptical of the corn dumplings since we're asian, but they ended up being our favorite dish 💛🌽“
