“We were here briefly while we waited to be seated at Shaw-nae's House next door. The bartender was very personable. They were already used here to getting overflow from next door. The drinks here are so well crafted. I thoroughly enjoyed my mezcal cocktail, others had the French 75 which was equally. I really wanted to get another drink or 3rd but alas time was an issue. This place made such a good impression. I left wishing this bar was my local cheers.“
“I love this place. They always have great and fresh food. My favorite has to be the vegetable ramen. It’s so delicious, their chicken wings are flavorful and guns texture is pretty good. I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. This place is highly recommended by me. 10 stars“

“While in the city, my partner and I were looking for a lowkey spot to grab a small bite, and cocktail within close proximity to our hotel. This place came up in my Yelp search so we decided to check it out. Once we were seated and able to check out the menu, we opted for meatballs, the pulpo and cocktails. And the chocolate lava cake to finish. The dishes, drink and dessert we had were great. If the few dishes we ordered tasted that great. I can only imagine how great the rest of the menu must be. It's a cozy, dimly lit but inviting spot. And the service was good. I can't wait to return!“

Think about a vegetarian Ruben without pastrami but instead an earthy perfect collard, a pepper spiced Russian dressing oozing out the sides because of my vigorous bites, and a marble rye time capsule of perfection. I licked my nubs and used the fries for plate cleaning. But... I digress. The menu always changes but it never fails. There are a couple of these brilliant finds on every new iteration. Surround all that with nice bartenders that exude the word craft, some swell bluegrass on hump day, and the aer of 1970s Missoula. it's always a jersey city staple.“

“My family was in town for a funeral, so we stopped into this place randomly for lunch. I checked the reviews, of course, and it was ok. Some good, some not so good. Either way, we went in because it was close, and we had a big party of about 30-40 ppl. They not only took us in, but they also offered us a deal of $35 pp. It was a great deal. The apps were delicious, the service was fast, and the entrees were very good. Food came out fast for the number of ppl we had. The bartenders and servers went all out, and they did an amazing job. we took over that place, and they let us do our thing.Thank you all for making our family after the funeral last minute lunch stress free so we can cry, eat, drink and catch up.“

“It was my first time at a tapas bar and it couldn’t have been better. The upstairs dining room was really comfortable and felt homelike. Service was friendly and attention to detail was definitely practiced. The food was great. The best calamari I’ve experienced it wasn’t rubber like by any means. The lamb chops were very juicy and had a great sauce on them. Additionally the sangria was good. A pitcher goes a long way for two people. We would both strongly encourage visiting Beso.“
