Yummy lobster bisque, I ordered a 2nd bowl after finishing the first! Fried calamari was yummy as well. The raw oysters were perfect and the boil with Hook & Reel's own Cajun sauce was outstanding. Our server, Moe, was friendly and very efficient; he makes your dining experience error-free so you can relax and enjoy the meal. The Manager here gets credit for a well-run ship! He really appreciates the customers and it shows. You will definitely want to eat here frequently. Great service, tasty food, relaxed atmosphere - you won't be disappointed.”

While having our starters waitress informs us they if we don’t mind them adding 2 of their customers to our table so that the same chef will cook for us together.The hibachi grill part only had another party with us being the second & all other tables were empty. We told her we don’t feel comfortable with that and reminded her we are here for a party. So she comes back telling us her manager said it will have to be that way and we left. I can’t be believe that lost 5 customers over 2 and they even had the nerve to tell us to move over for them to add 2 people we didn’t know to our table. If the tables were all full we would have understood why but the whole place was empty. I would never recommend this place to anyone”

My family thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. My aunt said the chicken francese was the best that she has had and the wings and burgers were outrageous. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. “Stopping at Shake Shack in Empire Outlets turned out to be a nice break while spending time around the Staten Island Ferry and the waterfront. The location is hard to beat, and after walking around the outlets it felt like a convenient place to sit down, relax, and grab a meal without having to go far.

The restaurant had a lively atmosphere with a steady flow of customers, but it still felt well organized. Even with people coming in and out, the staff kept things moving, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. I also liked that there was plenty of seating nearby, making it easy to enjoy the meal while taking in the energy of the area.

Ordering was simple, and my food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Everything arrived fresh and looked just as expected. The burger was juicy, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. It was the kind of meal that delivers exactly what you hope for when you stop at Shake Shack. The quality was consistent, and the portions were satisfying.

One thing I appreciated was that the employees remained friendly even during busy periods. They acknowledged customers, answered questions, and worked efficiently to keep orders moving. Good customer service always makes a difference, and it added to the overall experience.

Finding a table may require a little patience during those times, and there can be a short wait for food. Still, the staff handled the rush well, and the quality of the meal made the wait worthwhile.

“Visited a restaurant for the birthday party in May 2022. Clean, welcomed staff, good service, a lot of parking on the street. We placed an order. It was not too long, which is good because the reservation was for 6:30 pm and everybody was hungry. Appetizers were delicious especially both types of calmers. 3 people ordered NYS trip stakes. OMG! All 3 stakes were stingy. Nobody finished the stake. Medium and well done came up the same. Black color even tongue was black after eating the steak. It's because when cooked the steak did not clean the grail. Also, I recommend checking your receipt. We found 3 items that we did not get on the table for a total of almost $80. One of them we never ordered, and two newer ones were delivered to the table.”

He is a Latino Spanish man, very polite, patient, and treats customers with great respect, kindness, and generosity. He has a wonderful personality and a really positive energy.
