“Had lobster ravioli! The garlic stood out! It was a heck of a fresh piece of garlic! Flavored the orange vodka sauce very nicely and the shrimp was also delicious.”
“The other night we went to Sapori for dinner. We walked in and were greeted warmly. The staff here is super friendly and very accommodating. They seated us at our table by a window. The restaurant has a warm, romantic vibe with beautiful art work. We were given menus which is extensive and you have a lot to choose from plus they also had specials. They bring out bread, eggplant caponata and butter. I thought it was really good and different than just the traditional bread and butter option. We decided to go with fried calamari for an app. It was perfect.. Very crunchy, fresh.. lightly seasoned! Served with fresh tomato sauce. A rather large portion to share. Next for dinner I had a special- pistachio encrusted Chilean sea bass with citrus glaze and roasted veggies and potatoes. This was such a delightful dish. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pistachios were so good on top of the fish and the glaze balanced the dish. The veggies were crunchy and seasoned perfectly with garlic and butter. I really enjoyed this dish. The linguine with white clam sauce. Was fresh and extremely delicious. This dish was packed with clams and a ton of roasted garlic. I must say the pasta dishes are very large. Lastly spaghetti with marinara the sauce was fresh and we really enjoyed it. the spaghetti was more thicker like a bucatini. And unfortunately it was a tad under done. It needed a minute or two in the water to be perfectly al dente. Other than that this was a perfect dinner. For dessert we ordered the chocolate lava cake and tiramisu. It seemed like it was home made. Lava cake tasted amazing it was accompanied by vanilla ice cream. the tiramisu was light and not too sweet. Cappuccino was perfect not bitter or overly milky. By far I really enjoyed Sapori and I would def recommend coming here for dinner. The ambience, staff and food were extremely enjoyable! Parking in street. Small parking lot.”

We had around 40 guests, (perfect number of guests for the space), and Farington and his staff knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and Farington made sure the entire process was stress free. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Great food and amazing people”

My personal favorite is her sweet onions and bacon dog, and her chili with potato sticks. Sounds odd I know, but trust me...she has so many unique toppings to make any combo. Then my other fav is an open faced loaded knish. She also does burgers, and baked potatoes, and thee BEST CUP OF CHILI!!! RUN, DONT WALK!!! YOU'LL BE HOOKED.”

“The heart and soul of this restaurant is in their workers- such lovely young women working for the two female owners; I hope they know how blessed they are to have such an amazing staff. Besides the coffee and food being delicious and allergy friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and well lit - a goos place for lunch or breakfasy or to hanf with some friends. Their menu isnt huge but it is tastey and well designed. You can order with them on grubhub as well, but I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant to see their smiling faces and enjoy the flowery ambiance which always put me in a better mood. Theyre highly personable and make a person want to stop in. Their home-made baked goods are delicious. My biggest hope for this restaurant is that it's being well managed so that the staff wants to stay, so it keeps having that personal, delightful touch.”

Day of the party, his son Ralph personally took care of the main table where my parents were. ALL the staff was wonderful and attentive. But my parents were treated with incredible respect. The food was amazing!!! Our family kept raving over how delicious everything was. Course after course, one dish after another, just delicious. And the Nutella zeppolis for dessert - WOW, simply decadent. * A small detail - when signing the contract, while I was excited about the Nutella zeppolis, my mom mentioned "eh, she could do without the Nutella". Ralph remembered that and put out trays half with and half without the Nutella. Made EVERYONE happy! Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back.”

You can modify your dish with ease i.e. turkey bacon vs. regular bacon. They frequently pass around asking if you want more coffee. The bathroom is clean, the parking lot is clean & spacious. Anytime you come here the place is busy & that's a good sign. I look forward to coming here again.”

Friendly staff, amazing food (had the bistec and pollo fajita), great portions for the price and super hot. The tortillas were so hot when I got home (3 mi) they were steaming and I thought they microwaved them and they would become rock hard by the time I got through half of them. That was not the case. They were just steamed very hot. Almost feels like you stepped in a local restaurant in Mexico with most patrons being from the local latin community. Authentic flavors and quality ingredients. They also offer rice bowls and bubble tea in addition to noodles and sandwiches!The pho is a bit of a southern style, so it comes with herbs to assemble in your bowl. The beef was a bit tough, but it was probably to avoid people saying it was raw, which is the more traditional way to serve. The chicken pho is also good and made a pretty staying breakfast. The noodles are also decently springy and the broth is always hot.Overall, I hope they do well and I will probably be back some time to satisfy my cravings.”

“Campania Coal-Fired Pizza was reserved for birthday dinner. We got a table in the corner and it gave us some privacy because place was overloaded with people. The interior is designed in dark and gold colors and was sparkling in the light of chandeliers. It was little hard to walk around because the tables are placed too close. The waiter gave us too much time for food choices but we were a great company and it is nothing to complain about. Soon we got bread on the table with some tomato sauce and drinks. Really. The Italian place can not serve such bread which felt as couple days old, dry as paper. And sauce did not make it somehow better. FRESH MOZZARELLA and TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE were our appetisers. Mozzarella was horrible rubbery with no mentioned grilled peppers. The basil and some spring mix that were placed instead of peppers was very fresh, olive oil was flavourful and olives were tasty with few slices of prosciutto. Overall I don’t believe they can charge 21 for such dish. TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE was tasty with interesting rings pasta with good texture of the sauce but no one noticed any truffle flavour. Next we got gnocchi with lobster. It was special dish on menu for Ester. Nicely served, delicious sauce, soft and silky gnocchi but we barely found any lobster in. The star of the table were pizza pies. Little over baked but delicious. We ordered Lombard pizza, Ortolano pizza and one pie half chicken buffalo and pepperoni. All of them were very tasty and enjoyable. Even those who didn’t want to have pizza that day couldn’t stand to have a piece. We had a great time, environment was little too loud but we definitely are planning to come back.”

I had their spinach and mushroom burrito bowl and it was delicious. The vegan enchiladas verde are another go-to choice that I have gotten many times.They also have great flavored margaritas. The hibiscus is my fav. “We ordered from Pizzaioli tonight. We told them to leave the food by the front door since my household of 5 has COVID. The food arrived quickly, and the delivery driver named Joe actually texted me to let me know he was leaving the pizza by the door, and was very nice and respectful. I would have given more of a tip for his professionalism but had to stay away due to COVID, but next time Joe comes through he'll get a bigger tip! As for the pizzeria itself, they left us a very nice message that meant a lot to us, writing under the top of the box "Feel better! From Pizzaioli!" We were genuinely surprised by the message and it just shows this place cares about their customers and these are the types of local businesses I love having here on Staten Island. We've ordered from them quite a bit recently and I have to say they are super consistent with their food. Their Neapolitan is traditional NY and still tastes special. I think their best offering is their Sicilian and Buffalo slices. I'd rate them #1 for Sicilian on the island for sure and have heard others compare it to L&B in BK and I agree. The Buffalo is my favorite from them though. Never in my life have I tasted a slice of pizza so good. Their entrees and heroes are very good too and they actually feed you. I hope if anyone's in the area they give Pizzaioli a chance. They're in the Atrium plaza where All-Star used to be. Seriously top notch food. Definitely one of the top pizzerias on the island. Try their Sicilian, you won't regret it. They are a 5/5. Happy eating!”
“We did our Holiday Luncheon today and catered from Bruzzse’s. It was a work luncheon for Nissan City of Red Bank and I must tell you the food was absolutely terrific. They delivered on time, set up everything perfectly, got all the sternos lit. The service was top notch. And again the food was delicious. Eggplant, beef Teriyaki, were incredible. Highly recommend this place to everyone. 5stars.”

In addition, everyone at the party loved their burgers, entrees, and sandwiches. When we arrived a little early for pick up, how delightful it was when we were offered a free drink! “I absolutely love this place. I have a very bad case of long covid since October 2021 where almost everything smells and tastes rotten or sickly sweet. I am able to eat the hot pot miso ramen soup with a lot of different vegetables, and I can have the chocolate cake/cupcakes. So delicious! I can also eat the white rice and the grilled pineapples. Before finding out that I can have all of this, I was losing a massive amount of weight, thank God for the few things that I can have here, I’m able to maintain my weight now. I just tend to go a bit crazy with what I can eat because I’m so hungry from not really eating the other days. The workers are amazing. The manager, Justin is really nice and very funny. The owner Darin is also very nice. Love the atmosphere and the music, I still can’t eat the other things and the smells from the other foods still bother me but I deal with it just so I can eat what I’m actually enjoying there. Thanks kpot for being the first restaurant where I’m actually eating some things that I can enjoy. Highly recommend this place, especially this location. Twenty stars”

“My wife and I had our wedding of about 105 people here last Saturday. The food and service was incredible! And the price was unbeatable! I highly recommend the cocktail party! The eggplant parm, the steak, the penne vodka, and everything else our guests were raving about it. My guests were so pleased by how amazing of an experience Osteria Santina's professional staff gave them. Super fast with drink orders too and quick valet service. The General Managers, Tommy and Charlie, were great to collaborate with as we prepared for our special day months in advance. When it came to the week of, George was the man! He made sure everyrhing flowed perfectly. The food was absolutely phenomenal, that's not just my opinion, that's some of the pickiest people in my family saying Osteria was fantastic. I also want to mention we didn't have a planner or decorator joining them the day of the weddind, and thet had a party wrap up in the same rooms we were in only an hour before our event started. All we did was drop off the decorations the week of, instruct George and Tommy of what we wanted and their staff set it up perfectly and even packed it up for us to pick up later on in the week. They also took extra special care of our little nephews and nieces and extra special care for my bride on her special day. “Tried Ronnie's sandwich shop next door to the 122nd police precinct here on Staten Island yesterday. Got a Pastrami ruben sandwich and an Eggplant Parm sandwich. The pastrami Ruben was real good but the eggplant parm sandwich was a little on the salty side but still good anyway. Overall the place was pretty good and also pretty reasonable. Service came with a smile. Looking forward to trying their other stuff. Now my go to place for hot sandwiches.”

“When me & my significant other came here to eat, it was on a Friday evening. This place was super packed, however the food was amazing and delicious and they servers there constantly rotated more dishes out and refilled any foods that were getting low. The only downside about my experience was when I went to grab a pudding cup, there was some type of hair fabric in it because they do not put lids on there pudding cups which is the size of a small condiment container you get at a take out spot you know the circular one plastic container. But one thing I did enjoy the most was the chocolate fountain they had there which they gave you the options of marshmallows, rice krispies, & fruits; they also have a freezer with loads of ice cream. There is also a hibachi bar there. Overall I had a great experience here. BUT keep in mind there is 30% charge fee if you leave a lot of food on your plate when it is time to go, they do not play about food waste!”
