“The food is absolutely phenomenal and authentic Peruvian cuisine. The wait is a bit longer than one would hope but it’s because the food is fresh and the portions very filling! I swing by as often as I can when I’m on Staten Island. I love it!“

“I tried the tuna ceviche today via delivery. It was very good. The fish was truly the best part. The other flavors and textures were new to me, but I very much enjoyed them. I will order again for a lunch treat. Also the ceviche was super affordable, under $20 even after delivery fees and a filling portion size.“

I also loved the variety of the plates—at the moment I couldn’t eat beef, so I chose chicken instead, and it was delicious.“

“I was in town to visit to see cats at Rahway Kitty Hall. This restaurant is right next store. I stopped into get something to eat. I was impressed with the ambience of the restaurant. My Spanish is not so great, but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The food I had was very good. I am interested in people from other cultures and their food. I will surely go there again and try another dish.“

“The food is amazing , I’ve tried many Peruvian spots in the Elizabeth / linden / Rahway areas and this place has the best of them all , great flavor to the food the portions are big and it’s affordable , only bad side is that they never answer the phone which is a huge issue because you have to go in person to order which is very time consuming. You sometimes have to call 10 times to get someone to pick up“

“Love this place! Brought my family here for the first time now knowing exactly what to expect. First off, the waiters were very friendly! The menu has ALOT to choose from. And their portion size was ALOT bigger than expected! We ordered the seafood ceviche, Lomo saltado, and the beef heart bbq (anticuchos)- and it was DELICIOUS! We were even eyeing the food that the other customers had ordered talking about how good it looked. And FYI their crispiness is on a whole nother level. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back!“

“My experience here was good. I loved the food. I tried a little bit of everything they had like the ribs, rice, and soup. The restaurant is tiny inside but they do have enough tables if you prefer to eat inside. I’m not sure what the theme or culture of the place is, all I know it’s hispanic. “The food here is very good! The price is reasonable for the amount of food they give you. The service is fast! I usually go during my lunchtime and enjoy their arroz chofa with a natural juice. The last at the register is a very sweet girl and the owner is also extremely nice. I walked in one day and then went there back to back for three days 😅😅😅 Not many options to pick around the area but this one is my favorite lunch spot for sure !“

“If you want to taste authentic Peruvian food this is your to go place. 100% recommended!! My family and I constantly go but today we had Chupe de Camarones (it was amazing), saltado de pescado and pescado a lo macho. Everything was perfect but the Chupe was on point. We even order another one for later! . Great service and we even got to know the cook named “ El mono”, nice and friendly. Very clean and great environment.“

“The food tastes good, just a pinch of salt to much, but not bad. The employees are great and friendly. The place is very clean as well as the men's room.
The only problem I had was finding a parking spot, and being that we just had a snow blizzard didn't help. They do own a piece of lot down the street where people can park, but it's like a block away.
Other than that, everything else is fine.
I hope this helps you decide. I know that I will be returning after all the snow is gone.“
