“It's the first time I was there, because it was the restaurant with the best rating, in the area, I really recommend it, in 23 years in this country, I ate the best green noodles with steak, 😋 💯
And a parihuela, seafood soup, its delicious chicha morada, its portions are well served, I loved it“

“We had an excellent meal with great friendly service (thank you Johanna!!) and great Latin rock music from the 80s and 90s in the background.

We started off with three entrees: ceviche, anticuchos with potatoes in huancaina sauce, and a Peruvian tamal. We followed by two main dishes: beef chaufa and lomo saltado. It was plenty for the three of us. And of course, we had a jug of traditional chicha morada to drink.

We thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. My favorites were the ceviche and the anticuchos (I had not tried the latter since I was in Lima almost a decade ago, they were just as good as I remembered them) while my brother's favorite was the chufa and my wife's was the lomo saltado (although, I'm my opinion, the meat in this dish was a bit overcooked).

You can't miss this if you are up for a great tasty meal.“

“This place has hands down some of the best Peruvian food in NJ. So far everything I’ve tried has been carefully crafted and tastes absolutely amazing. They’ve recently rolled out a new lucuma dessert with marshmallow and chocolate flakes, and much like the rest of the menu, it does not disappoint. Huge shout out to Juana and Justin, even though the place absolutely packed, they were always checking in on us making sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. “Te amo Mission Ceviche! My Boyfriend took me here for my birthday. The entire staff treated me like a King! The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely incredible! The food is a gastronomical fantasy. Incredible flavors, fresh ingredients, truly mouth-watering meals. My Boyfriend is from Peru and he says Mission Ceviche is like coming home for him. He is practically obsessed with the two ceviche dishes (Mixto y Classico). For me it is the short ribs. O-M-G I don’t think I have EVER had a meal so memorable and incredibly delicious. To be honest my words do not do the deliciousness of this meal justice. Simply put...it is oh so good. The short rib is cooked to perfection and is so tender you can eat it with a spoon. The accompanying sides are the perfect compliment. The sauce that’s used...I hope they bottle it because I would buy vats of it! The rice with choclo is sublime. The tres leches rich, creamy and absolutely decadent. The food is amazing. The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous. The music is fiyah. The location is super convenient—a half a block to the subway and Crosstown bus. What really sets Mission Ceviche apart is the incredible Maitre’d Carlos. He treats all patrons the same...from babies in strollers to celebrities. He is so incredibly kind, humble, gracious, charming, intelligent, professional and inspiring. He is passionate and proud. It is awesome to see him keep the atmosphere ebullient and festive and the food flowing. He manages it all so effortlessly. I think it is because he honestly loves his chosen career and when you’re happy and you know it “work” is pure joy. That joy Carlos gives it to all of the Mission Ceviche patrons. This was not me and my Boyfriend’s first time dining at Mission Ceviche. We are now greeted by our first names when we arrive. Carlos is there and he has the biggest smile and we know that we are in great hands and know we will eat well. Every dining experience at Mission Ceviche is amazing! Go to this restaurant...make the reservation...you will not be disappointed...trust me! Bravo Carlos and the entire Mission Ceviche staff.“

Food was great. Had the chicken empanadas to start (massive!)
For dinner, had the Tacu Tacu and my compadre had the Lomo Saltado. Both delicious and tasty dishes.
Drinks were also good. Had the Gin Mule, and a spicy tequila drink (can't remember the name). Both made with class.
Highly recommend this spot to small or medium sized groups.

“Food here is truly exceptional. I’ve visited countless times, both on my own and with family and it remains one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Every dish I’ve ordered has been consistently outstanding. I can honestly say I’ve never left disappointed.

The atmosphere, however, can be hit or miss for me. It tends to get a bit loud at times. While some guests may enjoy the live music or small performances, I personally find that it detracts slightly from the overall dining experience. Still, the quality and consistency of the food easily keep me coming back.“

“I tried the tuna ceviche today via delivery. It was very good. The fish was truly the best part. The other flavors and textures were new to me, but I very much enjoyed them. I will order again for a lunch treat. Also the ceviche was super affordable, under $20 even after delivery fees and a filling portion size.“

“We were an early reservation, so we didnt get to partake in what looks like a very likely great vibe. We eat out more for the food anyway, vibes are secondary. That being said, we clearly over ordered, but it gave a great overview of what's coming out of the kitchen. OK, lets get into it.... we had the Soft Crab roll. Its a deep fried roll with a crab salad on top. I liked it a lot, crispy, crunchy, and creamy and salty (in a good way). We had the Wagyu roll, which was ok. We felt the beef was a little overcooked considering it was wagyu, still not bad, but a little less cook time would have made it fantastic. We also got the Octopus Ceciche, which was FANTASTIC. We literally drank all the broth... it was great. We also got the Pork Belly skewer, which was very good. Salty, spicy, crunchy and tender. EXCELLENT. We also got the Cod with Polenta, which was really really good. It was lighter than expected, but also super creamy, and quite tasty. Im usually not a fan of code because its usually fatty/oily, but this one was expertly prepared. Then we got the Head on Prawns, which we liked a lot. The broth it was served in was so delicious. That dish over some rice and I would have been happy.... To close out, we got the Cacio Y Pepe upon noodles, which, minus the green peppers, was amazing. The pepper thing is personal preference, we both dont like them, but picked out and set aside and we were able to really enjoy this dish. So different, so delicious. And lastly, the Mussels. They were really good, but we were so stuffed by the time we got to them, that we really didnt get to fully appreciate them. Service was great, and the bartender, who looked like he was having a great time, made some really great cocktails. Overall, we really enjoyed Papa San and will likely be back.“

“This is a local Chinese/Peruvian food restaurant that gives new meaning to Chinese food! This fusion of flavors is amazing! I’ve had the steak with tostones, their chicharrón de pollo & many other delectable dishes. They also have a nice bar & make excellent Pisco sours which I can’t find in too many places! I live in Rockland County & the hubby & I take the trip about monthly just to eat here! Nothing fancy about the restaurant but definitely good eats! Highly recommend! “Our first time at L'Punto and definitely not our last. My partner and I came in not knowing what to expect and left completely satisfied.

We started with the Martini Amazónico – refreshing and unique, the perfect way to kick things off. Then we shared the Arroz con Mariscos Acevichado, which was absolutely delicious – generous seafood, fresh flavors, and that citrus touch was on point. Finished with a sangria that hit the spot.

The service was excellent – attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. We'll definitely be back regularly.

“If you're craving bold, authentic Peruvian flavors in Brooklyn, this place is an absolute must. We came around golden hour and were lucky enough to grab a table outdoors - the patio seating was super cozy and gave us the perfect view of the sunset while we ate.
We ordered the rotisserie chicken and it was insanely juicy and flavorful -- perfectly seasoned with that crispy skin you dream about. The lomo saltado was tender and full of that rich, savory stir-fry flavor you'd expect. For sides, we had both the yuca fries and regular fries --honestly couldn't pick a favorite. The yuca fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the papas fritas were classic perfection.
The cocktails were another standout -- super refreshing with unique flavor combos (and you can feel them, too).
Definitely not watered down.

“Went to Pisco de Mar for an early birthday celebration with friends and had a great time! Started with the croquetas de aji de gallina which were DELICIOUS!

I had the entraña a lo pobre, my fiancé had the jalea, and my friends had the Camarones Inka and the Arroz Chaufa con Pollo. Everything was really good, fresh, and dint take long to come out.

Had their chicha and it was nice too, very cinnamon forward. Finished the nice with a few different desserts including the tres leches and the flan!
