Well, look no more for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Great rustic look, comfy seating with back support, loads of outlets for laptops, and the second-floor space are super cute and cozy too. Oh and there's a small little outside area that's pretty cool as well. Shaquille (hope I spelled it right) was AMAZING! So down-to-earth, friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. She made me the Tumeric latte for me and I all but licked the cup clean. I had the hummus & cucumber on sourdough toast and it was divine. Also, a great option for vegans. I totally recommend this place if you have similar needs or just want to hang out with some friends. I will surely be going back.”

If in the area, I do recommend stopping here for some authentic Cuban food.”

As someone who has worked front-of-house for years, I was blown away by the service. Amanda greeted us with such warmth and was incredibly attentive to our reservation notes. My best friend and I were celebrating a belated birthday, and the specially printed 'Happy Birthday' menus were such a thoughtful, high-end touch.

The mixology here is world-class. The Inferno Jam cocktail was a masterpiece—a smoky, sweet, and tart multi-sensory experience that I’ve never seen executed better. That level of detail carried over into every dish. The Ox & Egg and the Escargot Wontons were incredible, featuring textures and flavors that literally evolve as you eat them. For the entree, our server suggested the Osso Buco, which featured some of the best Al Dente pasta I’ve ever had and perfectly tender meat. We finished with the Chocolate Turtle Cake, which was a roller coaster of moist cake, crunchy toasted walnuts, and sweet toffee.

A massive thank you to our server, Hazem. He was the rockstar of the evening—clearly very experienced, friendly, and never left us hanging. He made us feel so welcome for our first visit. The La Exotica and La Consentida are my favorite menu items right now, but the tacos are also really good. I still need to try a lot of other things on the menu. The manager, the chef and the entire team are amazing people, super friendly and hard working. The kitchen, which is open to the dining area, is always immaculate. It reminds me of the really good hole in the wall restaurants I used to go to when I lived in Astoria, Queens. I cannot say enough good things about this spot... Probably my favorite addition to the area in my 2 years living here!”

We tried the Yunnan fried stuffed tofu, which was perfectly crispy outside and soft inside, packed with flavor. The traditional Kunming braised noodles were comforting and rich—definitely a must-have. The black truffle fried rice was next-level, super aromatic and indulgent.

The chicken stir-fried noodles were flavorful and well-balanced, and to finish, the fresh coconut cream was refreshing and light—perfect ending to the meal.

Our office especially loves the croissant egg sandwiches with pork roll, they are always a huge favorite and disappear so fast. The hashbrowns are also amazing, perfectly cooked, crispy, flavorful, and the perfect side to round everything out.

The food was just as impressive. I got the 20pc chicken wings and the chicken was perfectly cooked. It was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and they were very generous with the sauce. The Cajun waffle fries were also so good, packed with flavor and definitely a must try. The only small downside was that it was a little on the salty side, but honestly, everything else was so great that it didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely will be coming back”
