Coming back to Corto felt extra special. We got married here last November 2024, and we just came back last Thursday to experience dinner with our friends visiting from Manila. I insisted on bringing them here because I wanted them to see and feel what our wedding was like and because I simply love this restaurant.

Corto is a fantastic BYOB restaurant with great food and a super nice atmosphere. The chef's specialties like the rigatoni with a kick and the dill salad with light flavors are a must-try, along with the exquisite ricotta toast and melon salad. The pork shoulder is seasoned perfectly and the olive oil cake is delightful with a hint of citrus. The menu changes frequently, offering a variety of amazing pastas, including magnificent pasta dishes. The family-style meal special is a phenomenal experience, perfect for a birthday dinner with friends or a laid-back date night. The service is top-notch, prompt, and courteous, making it a great place for a family outing. With an open kitchen and welcoming vibe, it’s one of the best restaurants in Jersey City.
